Excellent location on a street lined with beautiful jacarandas and within easy walking distance of town and botanic gardens. Our room was a little dated but immaculate. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor which is busy with locals and which does a great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside was traffic noise from the highway which was almost constant. Would highly recommend unless you are a light sleeper.

Booked this place on recommendation of friends who stayed here in January 2025. Highly recommend for location and walkability - close proximity to Kings Park and overpass walkway at end of street to CBD, 15 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay and Hay Street Market. Rooms are clean and have kitchen provisions - gas cooktop and microwave and fridge. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend and rebook if returning. Parking is limited on site however free street parking is available between 6pm and 8pm. Also great breakfast bar cafe downstairs which is open 7 days a week from 7am and open for dinner Tuesday - Friday. Coffee and meals both great.

Location, easy access to the CBD of the city, short stroll to Elisabeth Quay, short stroll to Kings Park, nice small hotel ( to be fair it is halfway between a quest house & a full hotel) but the rooms are very spacious ( like huge). Our room was a mini apartment complete with fully equipped kitchenette. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Reception is open a limited time daily but alternative key collection works perfectly. Main door access works easy. The communication on this is on point and easy to digest. The independent restaurant attached does a great breakfast & lunch. ( I did not try dinner there unfortunately). All in all a great little hotel with really large rooms and great staff.

Comfortable room, friendly front staff, but... The management, what are you on? Laundry... Serious issues yet such a basic service to provide. 1. Laundry is self service and uses coins, yet, the desk won't give you coins unless you have cash, where's the cash? 20min walk to an ATM. We'll that's pretty stupid?! Surely you could either provide card readers or allow guests to get coins with a card to use your own washing machines instead of forcing them to walk into the city to an ATM. Especially considering point 2. 2. Laundry is only open until 7pm, so let's say you're a typical person working in the city until 5 (if you don't stay any later) your still gonna need 10-20min to get back to the hotel, leaving you (at best) 1hr 40min for the wash AND dry. Let's say you don't get back to hotel until 6 (realistic), now you have an hour or less to do your wash and dry. 3. There are signs in the laundry saying the whole cycle is 45min (wash AND dry) - not true, the wash took 35min by itself, the dry was scheduled to run 40min. Because I started the wash at 6:05pm (well within the indicated time) I got 20min of drying completed before the poor service desk lady had to kick me out because her shift was ending. So I might be going to work tomorrow in wet clothes. Further to the laundry scam, the hotel will require guest personal bank details regardless of whether or not its a business booking and business payment, and has stupid policies like charging you $80 if you lock yourself out of your room or forget the front door code. Look, the room was comfortable, the staff were nice, but the hotel management policies are extremely poor and leave a bad taste in my mouth with wet clothes on my back, I dread the poor people who have had issues with deposits not refunded. Like what kind of dictator makes these sort of policies, or is it just an aussie thing to make everything hard and hostile, do they even know the meaning of Hospitality? Cannot recommend. Will use a different provider for the next trip.

Tidy, quiet hotel within easy walking distance to the city, including RAC arena. We stayed there for a week and only had our sheets changed once - after the second night, which we also thought was strange timing. Our room was missing a bit of what I'd class as standard items, including a hand towel for the bathroom, and tissues, but overall we got what we paid for.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, perfect pillows, well equipped kitchen. Excellent location We stayed for 6 nights for £451 GBP which we thought great value. Bit strange for us that we had to use the aircon unit to heat the room but that worked well. Downside was the bathroom was a bit cold when stepping out of the lovely hot shower but we just dried ourselves quickly. 😂 Breakfast bar downstairs was fantastic: food and convenience

Great little hotel that we will definitely use again. Very affordable and close to everything near Perth's CBD. The staff are so helpful and professional.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Location is decent, the CBD and botanic gardens are walking distance away and there are buses nearby. The room was nice enough, pretty spacious and clean on arrival. However, they did not clean my room once while staying there (besides replacing some towels). I am not sure if you needed to ask for that or if it was extra, this was not made clear. My room was right above the restaurant so unfortunately I was woken up by people moving chairs at 6am. There was also noise from the freeway nearby. The wifi also rarely ever worked properly so I had to use the hotspot from my phone instead. Overall, it's okay if you're staying just one or two nights but any longer, I would recommend seeing if there are any better options.
