Nice neighborhood bakery with wonderful, long lasting sourdough bread and lovely pastries.
The interior is minimalistic and great selected. There is clean toilets and a spacious refreshment area with both sparkling and still water for free… unique for CPH to my knowledge.
The coffee is on the darker side, but well balanced and nicely served to the table.
We tried within others the almond croissant, which is more a cake with the old croissants, Tebirkes and other layer dough pastries, smashed together and baked with a a paste of almond, sunflower seeds and almond flakes to a new cake. Nice flavours, good crust and lovely to see new variations to minimise food waste!
