We went two times here for coffee and cookies. First time we went inside and we drink a coffee at the high tables. Nice experience and good coffee. Second time we went an stay outside. Staff was nice and what we order very tasty. Nice view over the Palace a relaxing moment. You need to understand the local culture of dolce vita and not rush and don’t expect fast service. Also you need to understand you pay prime not just for quality but also for the place and view. If you understand all this I am sure you will spend a nice moment on this coffee place. Also understand what they are good on and order this not something else ( for example coffee and cookies not food )

We visited Rivoire Firenze, and the place itself is beautiful with very comfortable outdoor seating. We ordered the spaghetti with tomato and anchovy sauce — it was delicious and definitely worth trying. The soup was also enjoyable with balanced flavors, but the Caesar salad was disappointing as the chicken had an unpleasant taste and we couldn’t finish it. Service was excellent, and the waiter was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, a pleasant visit, especially thanks to the atmosphere and lovely outdoor seating. Thank you to the staff.

Café Rivoire is a timeless gem in Florence. The hot chocolate and coffee are exceptional, and the setting right by Piazza della Signoria makes the experience even more special. A perfect place to relax, people-watch, and enjoy the city’s historic atmosphere. 💕✨

Came for a quick bite to eat before a tour so it was simple food, I can’t review on cooked food. Service was great and we enjoyed it. Probably wouldn’t order the espresso with brandy again but it was fun to try.

Wonderful. They were understaffed but the waiter found us a place to sit and spoke enough English for us to be able to communicate. The food was the best I have had in Italy. I ordered the Beef Filet and my husband ordered the Beef Peppered Stew. We both enjoyed our meals. We had some hot chocolate before hand to warm us up. Mine has whipped cream and his had coffee in it. The price is high. I wouldn’t usually pay 10 Euros for a hot chocolate but we were celebrating our anniversary so it was a splurge. We sat in their outside seating which was heated.

I stopped by Rivoire and tried the tiramisu and cheesecake — both were absolutely delicious! The tiramisu was perfectly creamy and rich, and the cheesecake was smooth with just the right sweetness. The atmosphere is elegant, with a lovely view of Piazza della Signoria, making it the perfect spot for a dessert break in Florence. Highly recommend!

INSANELY good hot coco. More like melted chocolate with cream 🤤 We also got the ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast and the best thing I’ve had over a month of breakfast in Europe. Incredible. A good meal for splitting between two as well.

Honestly no idea why this place only has 3.5 starts the tiramisu is delicious, staff patient and helpful, interior beautiful coffee amazing strawberry tart lovely americano portion generous. Cannot say a single bad word. If you don’t feel like a sweet treat you can have a huge portion of fruits which is super sweet. I really like it
