Rixos Premium Dubai JBR

We spent one week at Rixos Premium JBR in a one-bedroom premium suite with our 1.5-year-old son. The sea view was outstanding, and we really enjoyed every moment. The hotel is stylish, elegant, and modern, and the location is super convenient. Beach Avenue, Dubai Marina, and the metro station are all within walking distance. The hotel’s amenities are excellent - good restaurants, an amazing breakfast, a superb pool area, a private beach, cool gym, and our son absolutely loved the Rixy Kids Club. The staff at the hotel are true professionals, super friendly, and always paid kind attention to our son. A big thank-you to housekeeping, especially Mr. Saimon. He always made sure nothing was missing, kept our room perfectly clean and comfortable, and did everything with a smile. Also, a big thank-you to the Concierge desk, who really helped us arrange safe transport and took care of all our special requests.

Had an amazing experience at Rixos Premium Dubai in JBR! The hotel is absolutely stunning—beautiful rooms, great vibes, and top-level service from the moment you arrive. The beach and pool area are spotless and full of energy, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the day. Turquoise Restaurant was the highlight of the stay. The buffet is incredible with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food. Every dish was delicious, and the staff were super attentive and friendly. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were smoothly assisted with our check-in and our luggage was taken care of right away, which was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Dubai Ain (Eye). The service throughout the entire stay was exceptional — friendly staff, great housekeeping, and always a willingness to help. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The overall dining experience truly exceeded our expectations — everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach area, were outstanding and very well maintained. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR and would happily return. Highly recommended.

First time in Dubai and we were treated to a great stay in the Rixos JBR. Hotel is impressive and constantly being cleaned by the helpful staff from all around the world. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay and we were presented with a lovely gift of decorations for our anniversary. Our room 2503 had incredible views Our housekeepers went over and above to ensure our comfort so thank you to Tayzay and PoeEi for all of your efforts. Adults pool can get cramped at times but the attendants usually find a bed. Information on who is allowed and towels etc would be helpful overall and prevent people being in the wrong place. A great 10 days that we were sorry to leave

We spent a wonderful stay at the Rixos JBR in Dubai this November, and from start to finish it truly lived up to its 5-star reputation. The hotel wasn’t very crowded during our visit, which made the experience even more relaxing. The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional — from the restaurants to room service, every staff member went above and beyond. A special mention goes to Muthyam, whose outstanding service really made a difference during our stay. The pool area has a loud, energetic beach-club vibe with music that, even for us, felt a bit too loud at times. Luckily, the beach offers quieter spots where you can relax without the noise. The food was consistently very good, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, we would definitely come back. Rixos JBR is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for luxury, great service, and a lively atmosphere in Dubai.

We stayed at Rixxos Premium for the first time and we will definitely come back! Our room was always perfectly clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. My stay at the Rixos Hotel was truly lovely, and I couldn’t fault a single thing. I would especially like to thank MD Polash for his excellent room cleaning service. I truely recommend this hotel especially for a family vacation. When we arrived Sarah at reception was absolutly amazing! Very polite and nice with my kids. We would come back everytime if she would be the one greeting. On the other hand there was a turkish lady last night not so nice a bit rude especially with my son that was asking questions. If she would be the one greeting us I dont think we would come back. But definatly the other personal top nouch! Nemeh from house keeping also helped us with all our requests, housekeeping department was lovely! And definatly recommending the beach and pool area, my kids were so happy ❤️
