We had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🏖️ The property is stylish and modern, with a perfect location right by the beach and close to everything. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking sea view 🌊. The food was delicious and varied, and everything felt truly five-star. The atmosphere made us feel special throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back! 💫

Was very impressed with the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, pool area was even better and the customer service was exceptional especially by my morning cleaner(Ather Ali) he was amazing and never failed to put a smile on my face with his politeness and his humble character. Almost looked forward to seeing him every morning and he cleaned my room like it was his mother’s room. I would definitely recommend and I was to ever come back I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was always perfectly clean and well maintained – a big thank you to the housekeeping team, especially San, who did an outstanding job with his friendliness and attention to detail. The food at Turquoise and the other restaurants was simply delicious, with so much variety and top quality. On top of that, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special – they beautifully prepared everything for our wedding anniversary and my birthday, which made us feel truly celebrated and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel! Everything about the experience was perfect – from the beautiful surroundings to the excellent services provided. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to our housekeeper, Ali Raza, who went above and beyond for us. He always kept our room spotless, was extremely polite, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed.

Nice room and breakfast. Pool can accommodate many people but only two showers in ladies changing room, we had to wait 25 mins to get shower. Beach is n/a at the moment which we were not aware off. Music in the pool can be too much - no quiet corner available. Staff very polite.

Our stay was wonderful! One of the best hotels we’ve been to in Dubai so far! Rooms were clean first thing in the morning right after we had breakfast which is impressive because usually it get cleaned only after the lunch. The room cleaning were very kind and nice, Srikanth answered every little question we had and made out stay ways better! Especially we loved the surprise he made by his own hands for my mum’s birthday, we loved that! We are definitely gonna come back and recommend Rixos Premium to our friends and family :) Food also was delicious, we had everything and even more!

However, an area for improvement lies in the staff's attentiveness, as the service pace was perceived as slow. Furthermore, the addition of an outdoor seating area with bar service for evening enjoyment would enhance the guest experience, allowing for the appreciation of the surrounding views.
