We are very satisfied with the housekeeping service at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight Aye, who does an excellent job. She is always very friendly, reliable, and pays great attention to detail. Our room is very well maintained. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team. Especially during the current tensions and crisis in the region, the staff remain calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their dedication and positive attitude make guests feel safe and well cared for.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Dubai. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, with excellent facilities, great restaurants, and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention our room attendant, Arafat. He did an outstanding job every day — the room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable to return to after a long day. His attention to detail, kindness, and positive attitude truly stood out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it made a big difference in our stay. We had a fantastic stay at Rixos JBR and would happily return. The hotel was spotless throughout and you can tell the housekeeping standards are taken seriously. The staff were exceptional — genuinely friendly, proactive, and always willing to help without making anything feel like a hassle. On a couple of occasions we wanted food late at night and the concierge arranged this and had it brought directly to our room, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel very personalised. Another moment that really stood out was when the concierge arranged for our bags to be taken over to Five Luxe for us. This was completely above and beyond and made the whole experience feel truly premium and seamless. We booked through Amex Travel and received a $100 hotel credit, which we used at Godiva — a great perk and very easy to redeem. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days out. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, great facilities, and a brilliant location at JBR. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium JBR. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of JBR with direct beach access and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It’s incredibly convenient whether you want to relax by the sea or explore Dubai. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views and great amenities. A special thank you to Hussain and Bhabindra from the housekeeping team for their excellent cleaning service. They did an outstanding job every day the room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organised. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really made a difference in our stay. Overall, a great hotel in an amazing location with truly exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience I had at Rixos. Everything was truly amazing — the restaurants, the coffee, and especially the breathtaking view. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Amer for his continuous follow-up and support, which made our stay even more memorable. I was delighted to receive a sea-view room upgrade, and the view was absolutely wonderful. I would also like to thank the reception team — Miss Jennet, Miss Gaukhar, and Suman. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the check-out was equally fast and efficient. The dining experience was exceptional. The international and Turkish open buffet dinner offered a wide variety of high-quality options, including seafood, sushi, authentic Turkish cuisine and sweets, Arabic salads, and many other delicious dishes. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a rich variety of food selections and premium honey. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. I also enjoyed the beach and truly appreciated the team’s attentiveness and care toward all guests. Rixos is, without a doubt, the number one hotel in the JBR area. As a loyal Rixos guest worldwide, I would like to offer one suggestion: it would be wonderful if the minibar items were complimentary, or at least simplified with fewer paid items. I attended the Rixos New Year’s Eve gala dinner. It was a magnificent organization. From the moment I made the reservation until the end of the night, everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. Despite hosting hundreds of guests, the service ran smoothly without any issues. The level of service was comparable to what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant. The buffet they prepared was outstanding. Many thanks to the entire Rixos team for making our evening flawless.
