Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

We just returned from a fantastic 10-night stay at the beautiful Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. As a family of four, we had two connecting family rooms on the 4th floor with stunning views overlooking the beach – absolutely breathtaking!|From start to finish, the hospitality was a solid 10/10. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, hospitality team, gardeners, or chefs – everyone worked incredibly hard, always with a smile, even in the intense heat. A special shoutout to the outdoor staff who deserve extra credit for their dedication despite the high temperatures – true stars of the resort!|There are so many positives about this hotel. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be for Rixos to consider adding another pool to better accommodate families. The baby water park is great for little ones, but it was amusing to see so many adults (myself included!) enjoying the wave pool – clearly a hit with all ages!|The beachfront is gorgeous, though the heat can be intense, making the poolside a more practical option with easy access to air-conditioned rooms. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa is lovely – though be prepared for premium pricing! I treated myself while in holiday mode, but the prices were definitely on the steep side.|Would I return? Absolutely. This was a memorable stay, and I’d happily come back.

Staying in room 4308, I've only been here 1 day but I felt I needed to write my review today, I normally wait until I get back. I am here with my wife and 2 kids and already this place has blown me away, it is fantastic. I have been around the world including Dubai 3 times but this is the best. We were instantly upgraded to intercon family room which is perfect with kids. The staff are brilliant and so is everything, the swim up pool bar is awesome. The food here is also the best, all the cuisines are first class including the Indian food in the buffet which was awesome. After a while I need some good quality Indian food and this place is brilliant. We are planning on cancelling our future destinations and just coming here again as it ticks all the boxes and more.

It was my second stay in this beautiful hotel and this time I had the pleasure to travel with my daughter. This property is hard to describe as its really stunning and well maintained. The service is second to none and the employees are a fun mix of nationalities and really know their guests. John in the lobby bar always enquired about our day, if there was anything else we needed and always remembered our favourite drinks! Food quality is worth another mention as all inclusive resorts don't always have the best reputation when it comes to food. Here Rixos Premium Saadiyat deserves more praise as all their restaurants - including their all day dining - serve great quality meals and excellent service. I hope to return back to this hotel and congratulate the management for achieving these high standards.

⸻ An amazing hotel – a huge palace with all the expected services, going above and beyond all our expectations. Luxurious, with a wide variety of food, experiences, and activities for children. The kids’ club is spacious and available until 11:00 PM – nothing like it! Clean rooms – in our case, we rented a sea-view suite that had everything we needed. The beach is stunning. Excellent service from the staff with a warm welcome every single day. One more lovely experience – my daughter’s glasses went missing and we had no idea where they were. I sent a message to the staff via WhatsApp, and within less than 20 minutes, they were already back with us. Incredible service! We already miss it. I will definitely visit again with my family!

We had a good time at this hotel. We especially enjoyed visiting the Mermaid Restaurant, great food and atmosphere. Big shoutout to Angelie!||The rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean, which made it easy to relax and the spa was amazing, definitely a 10/10 experience!||Service overall was a bit of a hit and miss, but honestly, the staff were so kind and helpful that it made up for it. You can tell they care, and that made a big difference.||Finally, there were a lot of kids running around, which made it a bit noisy at times. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of.||All in all, we had a good time and I would consider coming back in the future.

An Exceptional Family Holiday at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island!||We had an unforgettable family vacation at Rixos Saadiyat Island. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. The cleanliness, room quality, and variety of dining options were all top-notch.||One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the sports activities organized by the Exclusive Sports Club team Kaan , Ramazan , Ruhan , Katia , Anastasia . Their professionalism, energy, and friendly approach made every activity enjoyable for both adults and kids. It was the perfect balance of fun and fitness throughout our holiday.||Kids club here is also wonderful. It works all day long until 23.00, that is very great. If you need, you can take baby sitting. Absolutely everyone of the guys who work at kids club is very kind and responsive, they sincerely love children and have a good time with them. Jerry. Tamila, Natasha, Ishara, Kino, Alaa, Tuğsem, Donna, Esin, each of these wonderful people is completely devoted to their work. The children's schedule is full of entertainment for every taste. My son never wants to go from kids club, because it is always full of great entertainment and kind people.||The serene atmosphere, surrounded by nature and a beautiful beach, created a peaceful yet vibrant environment for our family to relax and recharge. Special thanks to the entire Rixos team for delivering such a flawless experience.|We’re already looking forward to our next visit — no need to search for another destination!

We went as a big family together, and we had an amazing time. We were served very well and there was a diverse range of foods and drinks all for free. Our stay was made even better thanks to the manager Sana Issam, who always helped us when in doubt and made sure to keep us as satisfied and happy as possible during the stay. Highly recommend the resort especially because of Sana’s kindness!

Great ambience. Even better service. Food is excellent. Please make sure you come hungry. Kid friendly with kids menu and kids own dessert selection. Would come back again. ||Tristan is an outstanding staff, very accommodating, attentive and pleasant.
