If there was a 0 rating that would be too high. ||The owner is a crook, and abusive, narcissistic, badgering bully. ||||He offered support pretending to be helpful understanding our budget constraints and offering us a discount. He asked us to go off an accommodation platform so he could provide the discount, which we should never have done, then he changed the Price refused to deliver a contract or agreement and threatened us if we didn’t pay. ||||He intimidates people, especially women. ||||He double booked us then made it as if it was our fault and our responsibility to sort things out. ||||The Accommodation did not have all of the facilities provided and we had to request things to be included that were advertised. ||||He and his staff come and go whenever they please and do not stick to their agreed cleaning schedule, so you never know when they’re going to be there. ||||They comment on your belongings and your way of living. Picking up your things and looking at them so nothing is safe.||||We had things delivered to the apartment as we were staying there for five weeks. The items were stolen out of the letterbox when the staff are the only people with keys and there’s no possible way of it being pulled through the front. When questioned, he just went silent. ||||Steer clear, take notice of all the bad reviews online about this place.||||It’s not great value for money compared to other places in town so don’t be fooled.

We stayed 2 nights in the Sturt Street townhouse. Location was central to CBD, within an easy walking distance. The townhouse had everything we needed, and fast, usable wifi! The customer service provided by manager Ian was second to none, Ian was contactable and accommodating throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible management and owner is a crook. I booked an apartment in thier Rundle St property on booking.com and paid a deposit, upon arrival I was asked rudely to pay the full amount and the deposit would be refunded as it was a 'holding deposit', long story short but I was double charged and after a long fight with my bank and booking.com I managed to get a refund. The apartment itself was ok, it was a lovely building but the furniture was cheap and nasty and certaintly not a 'luxury' feel. Internet was a horrible portable wifi adapter which I had to ask for. One positive aspects was the building was perfectly located and very easy to get around, the pool and spa downstairs were great!Parking, the owner tried to chagre $30 a night when it was meant to be included with the apartment as each apartment has allocated a park. Could park on the street for free if not a lot less. Im originally from Adelaide and this guy was trying to fool the wrong guest. Dont stay here and save yourself the hassle.

These apartments are clean, affordable and well located in Adelaide. Very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Conveniently located to Central market and close to Free Tram to Rundle Mall shopping and Casino. Would be very suitable for singles, couples or family for a short or longer stay.

It has been a while since I was surprised. On December 13th arrived in ADL for work and was stranded at the airport and decided to use the complementary accommodation courtesy of our shareholders. After carefully searching for my treat accommodation. I have decided to choose the RNR Serviced Apartments Adelaide - Sturt St. ||Truly blew me away with the amazing 3 bedrooms and all the apartment features truly breathing, a lot better than staying in a regular hotel. |The way I assess and compare the pricing of other accommodations compared to RNR Serviced Apartments Adelaide - Sturt St- it is truly more practical to choose, mostly for family travellers for the same price of a studio hotel room - surprised by how much you will miss by not examine the other better options. Close to public transport and eas||Another major surprise is the natural skills of Mr Ian when it comes to hospitality. Mr. Ian has an amazing and unique way of showing hospitality that I saw in others, perhaps a combination of skills and talent. ||Thank you 🙇 Mr. Ian for showing your unique skills and your amazing concern for making sure the RNR guesses that everything was guided and oriented. ||As a senior trip advisor member, to all travellers give it a chance to see and review the RNR Serviced Apartments Adelaide - Sturt St, great options and have a lot more to offer at a competitive price and you get a lot more for what you paid. ||I will RNR Serviced Apartments Adelaide - Sturt St and looking forward to my next visit. ||

RnR Serviced Apartments Sturt is in a great location right near the tram, minutes from Rundle Mall and popular eating spots. Friendly and informative manager/staff. Who offered great knowledge of local points of interest. Clean and well cared for apartment. Will return soon.

Our reservation was cancelled less than two weeks out from date of travel because we had not paid a deposit (we had). Long story short we were accommodated in a 2 bed apartment and offered a discount for same because we had booked a three bedroom (never received the discount by the way, charged full price). Apartment we were accommodated in was not clean but the biggest issue was beds without sheets, apparently a dirty blanket with hair in it is acceptable. We begged owner to please bring us sheets and he told us it was very inconvenient being a long weekend and we should have got home earlier to report this issue (sorry we were out and about enjoying the city we had paid to visit and you promised us when we checked in and met you that the beds would be separated ). He did tell us it was a serviced apartment, not a hotel ? We did tell him we would expect with a serviced apartment that we would still expect a clean apartment and sheets. Do not stay with this guy, we are reasonable people and this was just not on.

We had to cancel our stay a week out from the booking as we all contracted Covid. When I spoke to the guy to explain he said it was fine and we could rebook still using the sa tourism voucher and that he’d be able to sell the room for double what we’d paid. ||Fast forward to now, and after not having calls returned, empty promises etc I called again to ask for a refund on the deposit he’d taken. He was rude, told me he didn’t remember conversations about us being able to use the voucher still (I have them in text messages) and aggressive. I have since emailed asking for a refund and still had no response.||As per previous comments. This guy is rude and aggressive!
