Roamer Brisbane

The staff are super friendly, especially Omar! He is so nice and friendly. the beds are clean, and there are lots of fun activities to join. They even give out free beer vouchers! It’s honestly the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in. The kitchen is spotless, and there are shared seasonings available for everyone to use. I was very satisfied when I first stayed here after arriving in Brisbane, and now that I’m back, I chose to stay here again. I highly recommend this place to other working holiday travelers coming to Brisbane!

I had a great stay at this hostel in Brisbane! The location is perfect — close to everything you might need and easy to get around the city. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ormar and Jonathan for their kindness and assistance during my stay — they really made a difference! I’d definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Brisbane.

Such a sweet hostel! The staff are all so attentive and friendly. There’s events on every single day so it’s super easy to make friends. The rooms have curtains and plenty of storage space which is always amazing. Super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. 10/10 would stay again!

We were in this hotel in November 2025 - we had room with private bathroom. Room is small but enough - equipped with bed, wardrobe, coffee/tea, electric kettle. Bathroom is nice with good quality cosmetics. Hotel offer few free activities - music evening, day with game, etc. Hotel placed close to main train station were Airport train stopped (~1km). Nearby hotel are lots shops and restaurant (Metro, Subway etc) WiFi is OK - range is in all hotel areas. Breakfast for order (no buffet available) - benedict eggs with black coffee - delicious! In restaurant, where is breakfast, you can eat other good food and drink local beers - prices are average (~20-30 AUD for dishes, and 10-17 AUD for big beer). Location very good - only 2km from marina and famous Story bridge with beautiful view - especially during sunset when you eat dinner in Felong Brewing (we recomend it!). Hotel is ideal for couple who likes calm, nice and well located place in good price - we strongly recommend this place!

Had such a great stay here! The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything. Jonathan really stood out he’s always positive, easy to talk to and makes everyone feel comfortable. You can tell he really cares about the guests and brings good vibes to the place. Would definitely stay again!

Roamer Brisbane is undoubtedly incredible. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The common areas, kitchen, and living room are fantastic; not a single detail is missing. The atmosphere is very good with the other guests. The reception staff is incredibly friendly, very helpful, and the cleanliness is excellent.

Dropped into Roamer Bar for breakfast and honestly didn’t expect a bar to nail the morning game this well. Ina was behind the bar serving up coffees like a pro, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was spot on. Even the manager Dean came over for a chat, which made it feel more like catching up with mates than just grabbing breakfast. If you want a place that does breakfast with proper bar personality, good food, good people, and a good laugh, Roamer Bar is the spot.

This is such a lovely hostel!! Private rooms are gorgeous, there’s a create cafe/bar on site and it’s the perfect location in central Brisbane! The staff are so attentive and mike made sure we had a great stay. 10/10 recommend!!
