"There's always a crowd hovering outside this tiny neighborhood joint. Inside, the rather crowded space, packed to the gills with seating and surfaces, can't quite keep up with demand. Food at Roamers, popular with the Instagram set, is seasonal, hearty, and nutritious—even the egg plates come with a perfectly dressed salad. If you lean sweet, the French toast is a masterpiece, with in-season fruit and Greek yogurt cascading over three golden pieces of bread. Any of the skillets will inspire envy, with the decadently savory El Camino—black beans (a rarity in Berlin), huevos rancheros, poached egg, toast, and a side salad—persuading hungover locals to make it through the day.
