Staff is amazing. Kind and attentive. Top notch professionals and of course results. I was not sure about how the color would look on me and the colorist tried different methods on strands of hair that would not be visible after to show me. I am so happy and coming back in a week for the full head of color.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the space itself is so beautiful- it’s the kind of place you actually want to hang out in. I’ve been coming to Rob Peetoom since they opened, and my hair has completely transformed. Not only is it healthier, but Anna and Trent consistently deliver the blonde of my dreams, they’re absolute masters at what they do. I recently had a facial with Lucy, and it was incredibly relaxing. I love that they use Biologique Recherche—truly the best skincare products with real results. Lucy also did my brow tint and lamination, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend all around!

Raphael is my absolute FAVORITE for haircuts and styling. Not only does he nail my layered, angled style every time - I also trusted him with hair for myself and my bridesmaids on my wedding day, and we all couldn't have felt more beautiful. He's also kind and hilarious, which makes every appointment a blast. Love Raph!!

This salon is awesome! I had to be ready for a wedding at 5, walked by the salon at 4 and asked if there was any chance they could squeeze me in for a quick blowout & they came through!! Alex and the rest of the staff were so great, got me in and out & made me feel beautiful!

This is truly my favorite salon in NYC. The entire team is warm and welcoming, and Leo is incredible—he’s given me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. If you’re looking for a salon with both great people and amazing talent, this is the place!

First of all, I love this salon space. It’s so airy and spacious—it honestly feels more like a beautiful, lived-in apartment than a typical salon. The whole vibe is super relaxed and unpretentious. Even though I’m never consistent with booking the same stylist (purely out of laziness), I’ve always had great service no matter who I see. One of the coolest parts is that they rotate in stylists from Rob Peetoom salons around the world. It’s such a treat chatting with someone who just moved to the U.S. and hearing about their experiences as a hairdresser abroad. Also, shoutout to the products they use—my hair always looks and feels amazing afterward, and I almost always end up buying something to take home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that’s both elevated and low-key at the same time.

When you have a hairdresser who you have loved and trusted for years it’s hard to give anyone else a chance… but since becoming a mom and moving into this neighborhood I wanted someone who’s not only close & convenient but also gets it.. I’m so glad I gave them a chance because they did not disappoint. The cuts with Drew were immaculate and I am very particular. I also had no idea they offer facials as well, and after seeing how clean and beautiful the salon is I booked a facial as well and was in awe with how knowledgeable and professional they all are. Absolutely recommend and will be back soon!
