The manager is THE BEST! So embarrassing, but I got a blow dry brush stuck in my hair, and couldn't get it out myself and was panicking that I would have to cut it out. And it was a BIG chunk. So I called the salon and they squeezed me in last minute. The manager assured me they could get it out with minimal damage to my hair. She spent over an hour and a half carefully removing the brush from my hair and then detangling my strands. She got it out with no damage and saved my hair. I'm SO grateful! I was happy to pay but she didn't even charge me. Great customer service- I recommend this salon and will definitely be back :)

Koji was amazing! I’ve been wanting to come to Rob Peetoom for a while, and since I didn’t get a haircut prior to my trip it worked out perfectly. Koji was great to talk to and gave me a haircut with the best face framing layers. Thanks again!

I had high expectations for Rob Peetoom, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service felt rushed, and the attention to detail I was hoping for just wasn’t there. The staff seemed distracted, and I left feeling like the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. I expected more care and professionalism from such a well-regarded salon.

Macklan is amazing! Macklan offered the best recommendation for my haircut and style. The experience Macklan created was warm, welcoming, and soothing. The salon is beautiful, and the staff is lovely. They were able to fit me in for an appointment within minutes of my call. I am so glad I called for an appointment!

I had a facial with Yuliana last week, and it was exactly what I needed. I had just returned from a long flight, and my face was feeling puffy and tired. Yuliana did an incredible job helping to depuff, boost circulation, and restore the overall glow and bounce to my skin. I highly recommend her - she's amazing!

Emily-Claire and Clayton were amazing! They walked me through the different options for a gloss and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since leaving. The management team was also so nice for when I needed to reschedule last minute. Thank you so much!!!

Got a balayage done by Nuni and I am obsessed!! Not only did he do an amazing job, he was also very efficient and had me finished in around 2.5 hours. My hair looks amazing and vacation ready now and I can’t wait to come back. The salon is also stunning and extremely clean!
