I've been staying at this hotel for the last three years. The previous two experiences were wonderful. Served welcome juice, room donned with all the amenities, mineral water, fruit basket, were on time when told to prepare documents at the time of exit. This time however they messed up. No welcome room in pretty bad shape on check in, no fruit basket, no mineral water toiletries were not present (had to be requested) and I told them an hour in advance to prepare my check out. On approaching the reception, was made to wait at least 45 minutes, then they said i had used their mini bar from the refrigerator, which was a shock since it is my habit not to use anything. (I made the mistake of letting the room boy have the key to the room after I left. Should have waited for him to check then locked the room and handed keys to reception myself). I forgot my mobile charger and to my dismay they said nothing was there in the room. Pretty bad experience this time
