A WINE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET I arrived at Bistro Jeanty on a scouting trip for wedding photography, and per recommendation, I was handed a glass of Cabernet. I knew immediately it was something special—but nothing could have prepared me for just how extraordinary it would be. With its rich depth, effortless balance, and unforgettable finish, it was, without question, the finest Cabernet I’ve ever tasted. The kind of wine that quietly, permanently raises your standards. But what truly sets this place apart is the people behind the experience. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to help me discover the perfect wine. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine passion made me feel not like a guest, but like a friend being welcomed into something meaningful. Whether they were answering my many questions, or offering thoughtful recommendations, their hospitality exceeded every expectation. If you’re seeking world-class wine paired with an experience that feels both personal and exceptional, this winery is an absolute must. Kelly and Bob Foley are awesome unpretentious folks. So very welcoming into their home and great wines to boot! Highly recommended for a tasting.

My sister booked this place for a private tasting from numerous recommendations and it turned out very good. We liked several of their wines and it had a rich history. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to tour the property and see more, but I'd definitely recommend this to others.

The whole staff were top notch. As a smaller winery, make no mistake - these are some of the best reds you'll find in the region. Great tasting and definitely recommend for something off the beaten path.

Always a wonderful experience doing tastings here. Highly recommend their Charbono and Merlot, but really can't go wrong with any wines they offer.

We were fortunate enough to meet the winemaker on our visit. What a charming person and so down to earth! We found the RFV wines to be exceptional. The winery at the top of Howell Mountain isn't exactly on your way to anywhere but it's a beautiful drive and well worth the trip. My friends made the arrangements but I'm pretty sure you need an appointment to visit. I found the Claret to be a fantastic wine, while others enjoyed Griffin and the Howell Merlot and Cabernet. We were also treated to a taste of their latest port, not yet in a bottle. Absolutely wonderful! This is a top notch winemaker and if you have the opportunity to visit you should definitely do so. Otherwise find their wine and take it home. You will not be disappointed!
