Love my lavender flavor and my boyfriend really enjoyed the pistachio and cherry flavor. Friendly staff and good price.

This very tasty gelato experience happened at the Watermark Beach Resort.. I did add a latte to this cozy experience..I definitely love this Italian style ice cream..this tasting experience just added to our special time in the city of Osoyoos..

Absolutely best gelato in the valley. Pet friendly patio, fresh gelato flavours and fast service makes me coming back for more! My favourite are the chai, mango, and peach! The espresso is also wonderful!

Excellent range of vegan sorbettos - they have 5-6 fruity flavours, including Okanagan peach if you want something local. Don’t know how they make it, but they manage to give it a super creamy consistency, that makes you forget that it’s a sorbetto and not a gelato :)

i'm 18 and might look intimidating but the worker was being pretty cold to me. there was no one else there and i'm just like any other customer and maybe he was getting upset because i asked for 2 samples..?? but i could tell a significant difference between how he treated me and my mom. i'm not the type to complain a lot but i was trying to be nice and friendly and i asked if i could i get 2 flavours in a small. his reply was no. i asked why not just 2 tiny scoops and no answer. i work at an ice cream shop myself and it is very simple to do 2 flavors in a small... i just got a medium and it was the smallest medium i have ever seen for $7 that's just crazy. i'm sorry if i was a pain or anything but not to speak for all the staff just please be nice to the younger generation🙏

This was the best gelato on the planet!!! I tried the oreo flavor and it tasted soo creamy!!! They made it soo fast this was probably the fastest order ever given to me. Next time I'm in Osoyoos I'm definitely coming here again!!

I bought the chocolate ice cream. It was chocolaty and creamy, but not authentic gelato. I also tried their mango flavor, which I found bitter.

Very decent gelato served here. Prices are fair. The coffee is also tasty.

"watch out for the flags", more like watch out for the cactus plants INSIDE the store. I brought my twin 3 year olds there, and as I'm ordering they wandered over to these cactus plants that were at floor level and touched them. I've spent the last hour picking out small prickles from their hands while they scream and cry in pain. The first thing you see when you walk in is Gelato, you don't expect to find cactus plants. Osoyoos is a family destination so I'm sure there are plenty of families that go in there, maybe not the best place for prickly cactus' where small hands will be. Had to pay for these after they injured themselves and didn't even get to eat them. Not impressed.

On a recent trip to Osoyoos, we stopped by Osoyoos Gelato, where they make their gelato right there on the premises. They had 13 flavours available. Blame it on the holidays, but I chose pumpkin pie. My wife had the peach apricot sorbetto and I think she made the better choice. A couple of tips: 1) Osoyoos Gelato free wireless internet access for customers and 2) ride your bike to the shop and get 10% off.

I love this place. I make it a goal to go here every day I'm in Osoyoos. The flavours are great and they allow you to taste which makes your pick correct every time. Great job! Try them all when you come.

I'm from Oroville Washington and whenever I come to Osoyoos I typically stop by with friends to get gelato. I'm very pleased with the variety of flavors and the customer service! I love the hazelnut, mango, and chocolate mousse flavors:)

Delicious! Roberto's Gelato always has a good selection of gelato flavours to choose from, and if you don't want (or can't have) gelato, they also make dairy-free sorbettos. On one visit I tried the chocolate chili flavour - really hot & spicy, definitely not a run-of-the-mill choice! Since that dessert went so well, I recently opted for the chocolate masala sorbetto, and was really pleased with the unusual combination of curry and cocoa. One of the features that keeps bringing me back is the ability to buy a really small serving if that's all I want. So many ice cream places start their sizes at 1 1/2 to 2 scoops, which is often too much for me. Given how much wonderful food I usually end up eating while in the Okanagan, I love being able to not completely spoil my dinner when I want a small treat. But don't worry - they also have big dishes as well!

Great gelato, always lots of INTERESTING flavors. Love the fact that on any given day they have 2 kinds of Sugar Free gelato which as a mom of Type 1 diabetic child I appreciate very much.

Easily one of the best gelatos I've ever had. We stopped in many times during our week long vacation in Osoyoos, so I had a chance to try many different flavours. Plenty to choose from (24), with a few changes during the week to keep it interesting. All the typical flavours were there, and a few unique ones, too. Sea Salt Caramel was surprisingly good. It's a small place, and the friendly staff move through the line pretty quick. Any delay was because of customer indecision. No tables, but plenty of little stools. I will definitely be back.

Great place to come to while in Osoyoos. Great flavours, always a new one each day. Make sure to get a punch card if your are here for a few days.

LOVED it. Great value/size for the price. I can't eat dairy and had around 8 amazing flavours to choose from! Ice cream dream come true.

Thought we would stop in and get ourselves a icy cold treat to eat while we strolled by the lakeside, great choice. Wonderful selection of delicious, homemade gelato at a good price. Had the coconut and salted caramel, both were flavorful and you could tell quality ingredients were used. Imagine in the summer this is the place to hit up to beat the heat. Thank you!

Friendly staff, great selection and an amazing location is what can be expected here. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating while waiting for my girlfriends spa treatment to be completed just a few doors down.

Excellent gelato. The flavours of 3 out of the 4 flavours I tried were intense. The tiramisu was milder, but still very good. It was better gelato than I had in Little Italy in Vancouver. I will definitely stop by every time that I am in Osoyoos.

Today I made the mistake of being a customer of Roberto's Gelato. The flavours I asked to try were mild, and rather distasteful, not horrible, but definitely not worth the trouble or price. I gave up asking to try flavours because I didn't want to annoy the attendant and asked her politely to recommend a flavour and I got a scoop of the chocolate mousse which I'm pretty sure they just scooped out of a cheap, discounted litre of grocery store ice-cream. I'm not particularly a picky person, or one to complain, but I was treated so rudely I couldn't believe it. When I stepped out of the cafe and tasted the "gelato" it was powdery and dry in my mouth like it had passed it's expired date. When my boyfriends mom asked how it was I shrugged and said sweetly "this sucks ass." I was urged to return and when I asked to have something else because it tasted off the girl at the counter made a face, is it too much to ask for a frigging scoop of shitty ice-cream? She tried it and said it's how it always tasted and I just asked for a replacement and she nervously went to the back room to drag her manager to the front counter. What kind of business is this? Will they whip her for such a crime of an ice cream exchange? The manager asked me why I hadn't tried the flavour first, his temper filled the room instantly, I had been polite and worried of being honest, when I told him it tasted nothing like mousse and store bought ice-cream he told me in a mocking tone "well that's just too bad" in the end the best he could do was charge me for another scoop, which I reluctantly paid for. Thanks for the shitty customer service, bud!
