We had such a fun time with Leone as our guide. This is a fun family trip and would would for folks with mobility issues (they do need to walk up the steps to the bus but there are handrails in both sides, mobility devices were not a problem and were stowed under the bus). The spouting horn was lovely and the canyon was grand and majestic. You could be dropped off at the Anchor shopping mall or back at the cruise port. This was much less expensive than taking the cruise excursions the same quality as other sup sponsored trips. We have used Roberts for pier and airport transfers and have generally been impressed the the overall professionalism of the company.

Google
This was a wonderful way to see a bit of the island. There were only 10 of us in a new, comfortable vehicle with a driver that gave us a lot of valuable information. On the train ride they stop and let you feed the horses and pigs with food provided by the train operators.

Google
This was a great combination tour. Quick drive out of town and up to the Kona Coffee Farm for tasting, then to Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Park, then finishing up at the Painted Church. Our guide did an INCREDIBLE job of describing the coffee industry and how the beans are farmed in the Kona district. The tasting was excellent and a great opportunity to buy at the producer. The highlight of this tour was certainly the Pu’uhonua o Honaunau park. We were fortunate to have a group that walked thru the grounds with some respect for the Aina. It's really a fascinating and powerful place to feel the history of the island. But the Painted Church was great and an amazing display of the dedication of the early missionaries to Hawaii. If you are cruising the islands, this is a must attend excursion.

Take your Hawaiian excursions through this company. They are just wonderful. Our guides were awesome. Leone really cared that we had a great experience. Cost much more reasonable than cruise line.

Google
We had 3 excursions with Roberts while visiting Hawaii from a cruise ship and loved all 3! The drivers and our guides were excellent and the bus was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend them as they are less expensive than the ship excursions!

Google
We did multiple tours with Roberts Hawaii during our stay on Oahu and during our time visiting the other Islands. All guides were very experienced and gave detailed local knowledge and further tips for later visits. Vehicles were well maintained and clean. Good communication prior to trips, easy pick up and drop off.

We just came back from POA cruise to the islands. We used Robert's Hawaii for two of our excursions. One in Hilo - Rainbow Falls and Volcano National Park and One in Kaui - The Waimea Canyon (morning) and Fern Grotto (in the afternoon). Both tours were FANTASTIC. The tour guides were extremely educated, prepared and excited about showing us the best spots and for learning about the sites. They not only spoke to us on the bus but got off the bus at the stops with us and made sure we knew what we were looking at and made sure we made the most of the excursion. They were personable, fun and really cared about what we wanted to see and do on the excursions. Robert's Hawaii was the best excursions we had and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND - very reasonable pricing in comparison to some others. Shout out to Cousin Lisa and Leone for taking such good care of us! Robert's is lucky to have both of them on their team.

Google
we booked two excursions with Roberts and loved them both - the Road to Hana on Maui and the Kauai riverboat and canyon tour - and both were fantastic. Great guides, great scenery and wonderful experience - would do it again!!! Thanks Roberts!!!

Yelp
Express shuttle from airport. Girls were very friendly & informative for island transportation. Military discount is provided for return trip.

Olive T.

Yelp
Dangerous Bus Drivers Terrible Tour and Terrible Service At 3:15 today on the Hilo Volcano bus shuttle my Robert's Hawaii bus driver was yelling and swearing at local families and children. She was extremely rude about a small traffic jam and jumped out of the bus and was yelling into peoples windows regardless if they were adults or families with children. Her explosive and utterly nasty behavior nearly caused collisions with people scared and not knowing what to do. I would not trust getting into a vehicle with or around this woman her behavior was extremely erratic, scary, and dangerous. It was especially sad to see her interact with local and visiting families this way, Robert's Hawaii should be aware and respectful of the community in which they tour daily. I and many families in the parking lot were disgusted and appalled to see her walk away from the situation laughing with another worker showcasing that this behavior was entirely acceptable amongst the Roberts Hawaii community. Overall a very appalling experience. I hope there can be some sort of solution to this issue and that this employee and other employees be trained properly.

Yelp
I used Roberts Hawaii recently for travel to and from the Aston Executive Hotel. I arrived in Honolulu at around 9:30 pm. Finding the Roberts station was easy as it was in the baggage claim area. I was promptly greeted and assisted by a woman at the station. (Sorry I did not get her name) She called for the shuttle bus and guided/walked me to the pickup area. It was only a few minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive. There was one other group of three people awaiting the shuttle. The driver was courteous and as my hotel was downtown, I was dropped off first. Great service! On the return to the airport, the bus was scheduled to be outside the hotel by 10:40 am. I was ready and waiting from 10:20 am and the bus was early around 10:30 am. The driver again (different guy) was courteous and friendly. It was about 10 minutes or less to get to the airport. I will use Roberts Hawaii on any future travels to the island!

Yelp
Pick up and drop off by Waikiki Shuttle was fast and professional through Costco Travel. Hassle free and the attendant was super quick at finding us and giving us a lei! Transportation was fast and furious.

Yelp
Dangerous drivers, cut us off & almost caused us to have an accident for no reason today

Yelp
Very rude at the counter. Charged $55 dollars for 6 mile ride and took a little over an hour to get here. Never deal with them again! Shuttle driver was great. Counter help sucked. The Lyft driver took my relation to a hotel a block over for $35. Only took them 20 minutes. ?

Alisa L.

Yelp
Here's a review that reflects your experience while keeping it professional and impactful: Our first ride from the airport was fine, but our return trip was a completely different story. The driver was rude from the start, making no effort to help with our bags--even though I'm pregnant. What really made the ride uncomfortable was his political ranting. When he found out we were flying a Canadian airline, he called Canada the "51st state," which was both offensive and ignorant. He then proceeded to blast Fox News at full volume for the entire ride, making it clear he was more interested in pushing his views than providing a professional service. His behavior was so extreme that it genuinely made me feel unsafe. A shuttle service should be about getting passengers to their destination comfortably and professionally, not about forcing them to endure someone's political agenda. I won't be using this company again.

Yelp
My bf and I had a great experience with Roberts Shuttle service both to and from airport to hotel! Our shuttle was small and both times our drivers were so great and wonderful! We love Georgia!! She is great! On our way back to the airport, our driver was so wonderful too but we were rushing so we didn't get his name, he took the time to bring back my bf's sweater he left on the shuttle. Highly recommend them if you can book them!

Yelp
I go to Hawaii about once a year to 18 months. I've been using Roberts for about a decade now, but our most recent trip and experience with them has soured us on using their services. Bottom line: in the past when we have booked, we book the option to have a shuttle waiting for us and to take us to the hotel once we have our luggage. They apparently have changed their process (without disclosing it at time of booking or any communications to let us know the change) at HLN. This time no one was waiting for us per usual. I called and was told we had to check in with a booth. Okay, different than what I was used to and I was a little irritated that this wasn't communicated before hand, but not an issue (yet). At the booth, after being ignored and/or having to start over trying to check in because the people working the booth were much more interested in their own conversations and/or helping someone else, I was told that it could take up to an hour to get on a shuttle. That is not what I booked and to what was contractually obligated. Then they didn't know. Then it was only a few minutes. Then we had to walk across the street to catch the shuttle, only to have the shuttle return to the original place where we were waiting (this is important later). In all, it was indeed about an hour before we were off. Honestly the staff at the booth were at best incompetent and at worst, really didn't care. Despite me explaining multiple times the type of shuttle I had booked, they either weren't understanding or just didn't want to try and bother to try and fix the situation. We kept being told "traffic" was the reason we had to wait. We've arrived at HLN plenty of times during the afternoon and yes, Honolulu will always have traffic jams that time of day. That's not the point: the point is that their obligation was to plan ahead to have a shuttle waiting for us so we could head to our hotel immediately. Normally we're pretty easy-going travelers. Things happen. But the lack of understanding/will to fix the situation was appalling. And why all these things were especially important this trip: my elderly mom just beat not one but two cancers a few months ago. This was a celebratory trip, but after a nine hour flight she absolutely needed to get to the hotel and rest and not be jerked around all over arrivals in the airport. And she's still recovering from having part of her lung and colon removed, so extra walking at that time with her exhaustion was not helpful. And while I'm reasonably healthy, having to drag around to 50 pound suitcases (because she cannot pull her own right now) all over the place during this obscene confusion/incompetence certainly was not the easiest for me after a nine hour flight. In addition, she got wheelchair service at the airport who dropped her off where we were originally supposed to pick up the shuttle. From where we walked away to cross a street to catch the shuttle only to have the shuttle drive right to the very place we were waiting. Un-freaking-believable. The only reason they are getting two stars from me is a credit to the drivers themselves who were kind and helpful (and were very confused/upset for us when we told them the situation). Next time we go I'm just going to suck up the extra money and take a cab or Lyft.

Yelp
Unbelievably rude drivers. They literally had 2 buses blocking the parking entrance and exit to the Ohana East Hotel parking garage for 10 minutes. Had somewhere to be. Let them know. They didn't care. Had to wait 10 minutes. Meanwhile line of cars trying to enter garage. Had 50 feet in front of bus they could have moved up.

Yelp
Our friend wasn't able to pick us up at the airport and once I saw Roberts express shuttle across from baggage claim, I went over to arrange a shuttle to the hotel. One way per person is $23 so it's $46 for two people with 4 luggages. The employee asked which hotel and after I paid with a credit card, she walked us over to where the shuttle will pick us up. I was surprised she walked us over instead of just telling us where to go. That is so nice of her. The shuttle ride to the hotel was about 30 min and the driver also helped us with our luggages. Again, very nice of him to help us. We did wait about 10 mins to see if there would be other customers besides us before we took off. There wasn't so we got the shuttle to ourselves. So...I should have checked Uber prices first because it was cheaper at the time. However, the service was great and I don't regret using their services. Reliable and easy. If taxi and Uber prices are higher then perhaps consider them as an option!

Yelp
James & Juanita we're amazing and so welcoming. This is our first time in Hawaii & they gave us so many great tips & things to do around the island! Def will reuse this company.

Yelp
Grand Island Tour NOT SO GRAND. I paid well over $100 and all I got was a couple of nice viewing spots with twice as many stops at shops. There is probably some kind of a payoff or kickback system working here. You'll be better off taking one of the less costly tours that only stop at the great viewing sites around the island. The electric bus was very nice, but we spent more time at the shopping sites than all the other viewing sites.
google avatar

Rich W.

Yelp
Poor customer service and horrible directions for pickup location. Forced me to pay additional money for an Uber to meet bus at another hotel.
google avatar

Kaitlyn C.

Yelp
Waited for our bus for 40 minutes!!! They didn't give us any updates on why the bus was late or when they will be here until we called them at the 30 minute mark. Incredibly bad service. The lady was nice in the phone but that doesn't redeem the fact they were almost and hour late.
google avatar

Ria Jenelle H.

Yelp
Took the bus to Polynesian Culture Center. We were so lucky to have Georgia as our driver. She graciously took the time to be a tour guide throughout the entire drive, sharing all sorts of interesting facts about Hawaiian history and movie filming sites and even gave recommendations on good food places to visit. She made the drive so fun and interactive. I've had another driver from the same company who picked us up from the airport, who was also very nice and helpful. Other than that, the bus was clean and well air-conditioned. Seats were fairly cushioned and comfortable too. Buses came on time for both pickups. Overall, would definitely recommend as a mode of transportation.

Yelp
The parking service and security work together to scam you SHARON needs to be fired. They lied and said she is the manager when I asked to speak to someone. Sharon is racist and bitter. She need to retire already. She overcharged me and when I told her she made a mistake her hunchback of notre dame self ignored me rudely. They will charge you over $300 for parking and only take cash and will not give you a receipt or record of any kind. Everyone should report them to the city. There was also a plumbing issue. They said it was coming from the stories above. There was black/brown sludge clogging the sink and they took a few hours to fix it making me miss out on a conference. This whole place smells and is musty. Full of scammers and liars. If you want to enjoy your trip to Hawaii don't book here

Yelp
We booked our Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour through Expedia with Roberts Hawaii and had the best experience seeing the island with our driver Cousin Dave! Cousin Dave was very informative, kind and had great humor to make the full day experience even more enjoyable. We will be booking this trip again with Roberts Hawaii and requesting Cousin Dave!

Yelp
This company is consistently late for pickups. The usual response is "traffic" but when you ask where the driver is and then live google map the route for time they are always 15-20 minutes later than that time. For a company that only works in logistics you would think they would be better at their profession.

Yelp
Kudos to Roberts, specifically Georgia and the driver that took the time to stop, find me in the terminal, and return the sweater I left behind ! :-) Georgia was a great driver + tour guide sharing best kept secrets and sights to see and not miss. Would recommend using Robert's for cost effective and pleasant no-stress airport transfer to/from the major hotels in Waikiki. Cheers.

Yelp
Got onto the Island planning to just utilize Uber and ride share but considering the size of our group and the reviews of vehicles used we decided to use Roberts since they were conveniently located at baggage pick up. The price slightly over what Uber would have been but with the comfort of a large bus with tons of space for luggage. The driver was quick and efficient and dropped us off right in front of the hotel. We then went ahead and just booked the return trip back to the airport as well. That trip was a little more hectic, not much but a little. The driver was a bit flustered and they added more stops mid way outbound. Traffic was a mess so I can see how he could be a bit flustered trying to ensure everyone has ample time to get to where they needed with plenty of time. All in all if use Roberts of Hawaii again when traveling with a large group!

Yelp
Took a trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center with Georgia as the driver and she was great. Gave lots of great insight about the island and the culture. Made the trip go by quickly and enjoyable

Yelp
If I can give them zero stars I would. When we arrived a week ago, we checked in with our Delta Vacations Rep and told us we need to wait for 10 minutes. When the shuttle arrived they didn't have enough room for everyone traveling, so they called another one that arrived 35 minutes later. When he arrived there still was no room for us. I went to complain, and was told to try to get an uber which was difficult for the amount of luggage we had. Finally after being stranded for 2 hours at the airport, and me complaining another shuttle arrived. They ruined our first day, and the lack of consideration is unbelievable. We leave today, and I made sure to book a private car to take us. Stay away from Roberts, and if it comes with a package you booked, still book a private car.

Joe F.

Yelp
Horrible service!!! My pick up time supposed to be 10:05. I was there at 10 and wait until 10:10 and still don't see the car. Than I call to the customer service. They said the driver was three but you miss it. The next one is at 11:05, and you don't want to might miss your fligh, just get a Uber. I ask can they come back and pick me up since now is only 10:10. They said no. I ask can I get a refund? They said no too. I ask why I did not receive any text, or phone call from the driver saying they Have arrived. They said this is how they do. They just call you name, if you didn't hear or no response. Then they go. I would never use their service anymore and I will disbill the charge. Don't try to get my money if you don't provide any service!

K K.

Yelp
Go support a local person, they think they own the airport telling other drivers to move. Maybe tell your foreign workers to work on their English with their thick accent telling us to move.

Al R.

Yelp
I want to thank Robert's for my recent extraordinary service. I used the airport shuttle as part of my travel package. It was late at night when I went to my hotel. The driver reminded everyone at dropoff."Don't forget your phone on the bus". Well I remembered my phone but I left what I would call a man purse, or murse, on the bus but I didn't realize it until I was ready to go to bed. I always do some reading on my Kindle before I go to sleep. I looked everywhere and had a feeling of anxiety as I realized that I had lost my bag between the airport and the hotel. I don't usually carry such a bag but because I was traveling, I had my Kindle, some medicine, and sunglasses in the bag so they were at hand on the flight. I called the airport lost and found the next morning and they didn't have it. Then I thought of calling Robert's. The person in the office told me, after I described the bag (it was camo, what else would a murse look like?) they assured me they would bring it to my hotel that day on one of their trips. I was so happy! I had my bag back, thanks to the honesty and kindness of Robert's employees. They will always be a star service to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lil M.

Yelp
VERY unreliable. They were 30 minutes late picking us up and when we called the person could not give us an estimate of when the driver would be there. She finally recommended we take our own transportation. Would NEVER take them again.

Leslie C.

Yelp
Had a great experience with Roberts Hawaii. James, the driver, was charming and sweet and having him shuttle me to my place in Hawaii was a great initial welcome to this beautiful place!

Minh N.

Yelp
bus H9069, guide Georgia. I had an amazing experience on the bus tour to Pearl Habor this morning. She was very thorough with her instructions and made sure everyone understood before moving on. She also made sure to give everyone directions before dropping off so we can get yo our desired destination. Overall 100% would go again.

Yelp
The company I work for uses Roberts Hawaii as their daily shuttle from our facility to a separate parking lot. At least 3-4 times a week, we find ourselves waiting for these shuttle drivers for more than 15 minutes, when it is only a 2 minute drive to the lot. They change drivers every day. How difficult is it to drive back and forth from the lot to the facility? (P.S. A driver answered his phone while driving one time.) Do not recommend this company for anything.

Amanda L.

Yelp
Booked Pearl Harbor tour with Roberts. Cousin Lisa was a great driver and guide, full of interesting facts and information. There was a little bit of hanging around at the site, would have been nice to include another element of the tour such as the sub or Missouri as doing just the Arizona did not fill the time. Still a good trip and glad we went.

Yelp
I was planning to leave a 1 star review, however, the shuttle service redeemed itself at the end of our stay in Hawaii. We booked a roundtrip shuttle service since rental car prices skyrocketed. Our initial reservation was the private black car service through Roberts Hawaii. Let me say this: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES book the PRIVATE option. My family and I learned the hard way and it soured our experience. I thought that our shuttle would be at the designated shuttle area when I clicked on the link in my text to notify I had arrived. Nope, they weren't there. I called dispatch and dispatch told me to go to the designated Roberts Hawaii counter in the airport to check in. Neither the email nor the text told me this. I checked in at the counter and then they proceeded to lead us to the Roberts Hawaii waiting area where all the shuttles were supposed to be. So we waited. And waited. And waited some more. The employees that were there were not useful. One said since we booked private, it is through a private vendor and it is on their own time. Ah, so it's a private contractor. Great. We kept calling dispatch and dispatch kept telling us that the driver is nearby and is on his way. A good 2 hours rolled away just WAITING for him to come. We did everything beforehand so that we would have a smooth arrival and avoided the COVID clearance line in Hawaii by doing the pre-clear prior to departure. Gosh, looks like that waiting time was made up waiting for the shuttle. The private car service finally arrived; however, didn't park in the designated pickup area for the Roberts Hawaii loading zone. He parked across from the loading zone and made us walk over. Ok, no biggie. The private car took us to the Sheraton Waikiki. As a rule of thumb, I never pre-tip. Thankfully the private service only offered cashless tipping. We did not tip. He was LATE. Very, very late. Our hotel was only a 20 minute drive away!! Since my reservation is roundtrip, we decided to switch the departure leg to the shared service. It is cheaper and you get picked up in a bus. I'm still waiting for my refund but the shared service was 100x better. The driver was punctual! Our hotel was the last stop before the airport. Our driver, Johnny was so pleasant and happy. He was cracking jokes and was very informative. We tipped him in cash because he deserved that tip. The departure leg was a lot smoother than the arrival leg. For my experience, don't choose the private option. Just don't. Private vendors move to their own pace. Always select shared OR go with a ride sharing service such as Uber or Lyft. It was a horrible experience in the beginning but Roberts Hawaii redeemed themselves at the end. Will I use them again? Probably not. I'm just writing this in case you are looking for alternatives from renting a car and figuring out ways to get to your hotel. I forgot to mention that the reservation tells you to call 1 hr prior to pick up time to confirm your reservation. My pick up time leaving Hawaii was 7:20 am. Their hours of operation are 7:00 am to 4 pm daily. See the problem there? If I am supposed to call 1 hr prior to departure, and they're closed, how does that work? My family suggested I call one day before to confirm the reservation. Dispatch was nice about the confirmation and it is a good thing I did! Imagine if I tried calling 1 hr before pick up time. I think I would be panicking. Roberts Hawaii has a lot of room for improvement (and need to improve!) and they desperately need to drop their private contractor.

Tommy B.

Yelp
James and Juanita were so amazing! Super kind, helpful & knowledgable. The best of Hawaii!! 10/10 would recommend James & Juanita!!

Krista A.

Yelp
The airport transfer guy was incredibly creepy almost poaching me as what he thought was a single person he gave me his number and tried to get me to let him give me a private tour of Oahu and said that he had an extensive collection of cars. He looked at me very weird and I was completely freaked out
google avatar

Richard A.

Yelp
I used this service to get me to the airport from my hotel in Honolulu. They were easy to deal with on the phone to set up pickup. Their van was clean and comfortable. They charged me $21, which was reasonable. I could of used public transportation for less money, however these folks fit the bill.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend booked a Pearl Harbor tour. We were scheduled to with Roberts Hawaii with pick up and drop off. Our driver was "cousin Dorothy", that is what she preferred us to call her. She was extremely nice and funny. Even gave us tips! (make sure you grab the $7 narrated tour headsets) definitely worth it! Shared her personal stories about Pearl Harbor. What poke she recommended (Foodland Farms). I recommend this company! Glad we got Cousin Dorothy! Mahalo a hui hou

Charlene L.

Yelp
Really dissatisfied, used this service previously, but this ride from the airport to the drop off point was beyond horrendous. We booked the grand Waikikian and the shuttle dropped us off at the corner of Paoa road and Kalia road, then we were told to walk down Paoa road, which wasn't even close to our hotel. We were then relegated to dragging our suitcase through the entire Hilton Hawaiian village, we were dropped at the farthest possible point. We had various flights of stairs and buildings, parking lot gates to find our hotel. Tired, hot and humid doesn't even describe this transfer service h..l. Before you hire this company find out where they plan to dump you, if it's not close, take a cab. I can't believe we paid anything for this. We canceled the return trip With Roberts of Hawaii . I will take Uber. I gave them 3 stars because the full circle island tour is their gold crown and is worth 5 . But the shuttle service is the pits and not user friendly. If they can't drop you at your hotel then be honest about it. Surprises after long plane flights is not the way to take care of folks.

Yelp
We ask our Hotel in Maui to make a reservation for 3 for a Hana Tour Day Trip $750.00 . All set and Done . Day Before our trip They Canceled on us . Not Even a Call nothing Like Srew You Find something else to do. Sad Business They never contacted Any other Companies to try to help us . We ended Renting a Jeep . The best decision ever . Took The back road back one of The best time we ever had . Don't go in a Sad Van this trip is a Jeep trip ...

Yelp
There was great advertising regarding offering a shuttle service to the Bruno Mars Concert. It was so easy to book a reservation via their website, I received an email confirmation and also a reminder as the date was near. The day arrived, and as I got to the pick-up location, to my surprise, there were tons of people waiting early in line... As the buses were ready to load, there were lots of Robert Hawaii workers controlling the lines and had an awesome system that made the lines move really fast! I was impressed at how they were able to control that amount of people taking the shuttle. They were great at communicating with everyone and giving instructions as to the after event pick-up location. Sure enough, after the event there was our bus, nice and early waiting for everyone. The drivers and workers were so friendly despite how chaotic handling the crowds must have been. Big Mahalo to Roberts Hawaii for a job well done, and for offering the shuttle service! That made a world of a difference for a lot of people such as myself that had anxieties about where to park and having to deal with the traffic, what a huge relief.

Yelp
My husband and I hired this shuttle services from Honolulu airport to Alohilani Resort in Waikiki for 4/27/2022 and back to the airport on 5/2/2022 to eliminate any stress to try and find transportation at the last minute. The main complaint is on the 5/2/2022 ride from the resort to the airport. It started with the confirmation text the day before, asking us to call an hour prior to the scheduled pick up. Pick up time was at 4:30 AM so we purposely woke up at 3:30 am to call and confirm. No one answered the phone. The stress started to build up. When we asked at the front desk of the resort, we were told that the office is not opening until 8 am.. If this is the case - why would we were even asked to call an hour prior to the scheduled pick up time? At 4:45 am, the bus finally arrived, and we were still under the impression that we will be making out flight schedule (Boarding time was 6:50 am). The driver had 4 more pick ups before heading to the airport. The stress level kept increasing due to the time. After an hour and a half in the bus, we finally arrived at the airport at 6:10 am. The check in baggage line was insanely long and we finally made it to the counter by 6:50 am - the time we were scheduled to board the plane. We were flying "Southwest Airlines" - where you don't have an assigned seat. We did purchase the early bird option. By the time we finished with agriculture check point, dropping off luggage, security and running to our gate (to make sure we are not missing the flight home to PHX), the plane was full, and we didn't get the benefit we paid for due to the lack of urgency on this company's part. I will never use them again nor will recommend them to anyone. I tried reaching out to them and let them know about this but no one bothered to reply or call me back. Don't use.

Yelp
Arrived to Hawaii for a family reunion and had a party of 11. I asked the associate at the help desk if it the bus was just for us. She said yes. And the bus would be only for us. We ended driving all over Waikiki and took multiple stops before arriving to our destination. I was duped. Should have opted for an Uber instead. Would have been around the same price and cut the time it took in half or more

Yelp
I reserved shuttle service from the HNL airport using a 3rd party discount website online. I found their kiosk on the ground level right next to baggage claim at gate F22. I checked in with a friendly gentleman in a yellow Roberts Hawaii shirt who looked my confirmation up on an ipad, he had a little trouble finding it but did after a minute or two. They wheeled my luggage to the nearby shuttle and took about 15 minutes loading guests. The shuttle was small and clean holding about 14 people. They dropped each guest off at their respective hotels in Waikiki which took about 30 minutes in total and offered a mini tour of the city along the route. So be aware and properly time yourself since it is a shared ride and there are many stops along the way. If you are in a rush you may want to book something more private. My only advice is to book online because currently (january 2018) it costs $17 one way to Waikiki according to the attendant. You can get cheaper with an online advance reservation. Good price, good service, smooth ride, everything went perfectly no complaints. Good work, I recommend.

Yelp
I booked a Grand Circle Island Tour through Roberts Hawaii as part of a Costco Travel package. I was pretty lucky and had a stop located just outside of my hotel. The bus arrived on time and the tour guide met us outside with a friendly greeting. The bus was of great condition, newer model with a very modern interior. Seats were clean, well kept and extremely comfortable with the option to recline. Air conditioning worked pleasantly and is flow adjustable. We departed from the hotel and began our nine hour excursion around Oahu. We hit a majority of the the most popular tourist attractions including the Temple, Kualoa Ranch, North Shore and Dole Plantation. The tour guide was absolutely fantastic with a plethora of knowledge and humor. The guide himself never had a dull moment and was truly there for the customer. The stops themselves were rather short, but that should be expected for traveling completely around Oahu. I will admit that the tour itself is incredibly tiring as nine hours is quite the investment in a tour. Overall the tour was decent with a plethora of views! I was not a fan of traveling nine hours personally, but now I know my own limitation for personal tours. My only other major downfall was the short stopping times. I would have rather had a focused visit on a few placed rather than them all. Still a fantastic tour! Check it out and see it for yourself!

Yelp
Roberts Hawaii Express Shuttle (arrival transportation to hotel 8/12) bus with not too packed. But we all kinda sat every other seat. Cost was moderate 23 per person, they only take card. The wait was very minimal..... you will wait outside (it was full heat for me). Shuttle was a tour bus barely AC so it was rather warm.

Yelp
Georgia, bus number RC242 was our tour director. She did an outstanding job providing a pleasant informative tour of Pearl Harbor. Her delightful personality is a great fit for the tourism occupation. We highly recommend booking a tour with Roberts Hawaii and request Georgia to be your tour guide.
