Robertson Quay Hotel

If your looking for comfort, keep looking. The beds here are like sleeping on very hard springs. I've never had back issues prior to sleeping here. Bath towels so thin and worn, they're like using sandpaper. The rooms are so small, you have to side step around the bed. Hope your not going to relax and watch TV. They have 3 channels, every other channel is completely snowy. "I'll have maintenence check in the next morning " they say at 10am. They never fixed it. I asked if there were any water bottles, they told me, NO, you can go buy it. Asked for 2 extra pillows, they said, after some time, here's 1 only I don't have any.more with a sour face, like we were annoying them. Halfway carpeting with worn holes and maintenance left a mess outside our door for 4 days. Noisy people at 2am at a restaurant below our window which is not sound proof. I usually don't react posting badly but Robertson Quay Hotel is among the worst I've been to of many countries visited. Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, albeit a brief one. The service provided was excellent, and the staff at the front desk stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They were accommodating to my needs and demonstrated a high level of training, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.The air-conditioning in the room was impressive, keeping the space refreshingly cold even during warm weather. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that no bottled water was provided in the room, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. On a positive note, essentials like a toothbrush and shower cap were available, which I appreciated.That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of the room's condition and amenities. The towels provided were thin and showed signs of wear, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bathroom were quite compact, with an awkward layout that made moving around less convenient than I would have liked.Despite these minor drawbacks, the excellent service and comfortable air-conditioning were definite highlights of my stay. With some attention to the room's amenities and layout, the experience could be even better.

If you value your back, don't stay here. Beds are like sleeping on a boxspring, without a mattress. You can only feel the springs. Back ache city. I asked for 2 more pillows and the service desk, the guy look at me strange, left and came back with 1. Said, here, no more. Needs a lesson in customer service. I then asked if there were any water bottles, the face says it all, "we don't supply your water". While the location is good, DONT STAY BECAUSE OF PRICE. You'll get what you paid. Noisy restaurants till 2am, below with no sound proofing. Good luck

Cleaned the room everyday.New sheets, towels and etc. I am definitely satisfied with that. The location of the hotel is great.What i dont like is the bed, and pillows, not soft, i didn't had good sleep. The airconditioner was not well ventilated. At first, the remote controller was not working. The staff did fix it. Not change. But fixing the functions by removing the some buttons of the remote. Overall, didnt get good temperature inside the room.Their Gym and pool open late, 10am. They dont have a pantry or restuarant.Take note: They allow early check in if you agree to pay SGD25 per hour. Otherwise, 3pm is the standard check in for them. But they allow early check out though lol

The service was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was brief. The front desk staff were very accommodating and well-trained. They even recommended activities in the surrounding area and were incredibly helpful with navigation. I couldn’t take any pictures of the hotel room, but the rooms are exactly the same as shown on the website. I absolutely loved their Christmas decorations—it felt just like home!

Hi was very disappointed with hotel staff and management Staff on duty who attend to me claim my ID and my guest name not the same refused to let me check in.Asking for a non refundable cash $50.I was so unhappy and there was no hotel manager around to solve the problem.I only paid $35 non refundable cash.Never visit this hotel again.Whoever looking into a hotel stay please skip this place.No service, Hotel old run down, Bed mattress very itchy no mineral water provided. No room service.Worst experience

Don't expect luxurious rooms or superb service. However, for the price and location it is a great choice. The pool is quite small but there are some sun chairs and it offers good views to the river. The rooms lack soundproofing so it is recommended to bring earplugs for sleeping. I would recommend the hotel if you would like to stay near the river at a reasonable price. I don't think they offer brakfast but you can buy breakfast from a nearby hotel. We bought breakfast through Eatery from M Social Hotel.

The price is cheap but the room reservation policy is ridiculous! No cancelation and non-refund! The deposit was taken twice: first, the deposit amount was taken via my credit card before I came to the hotel; second, the deposit amount was taken again in cash (USD) when I checked in! And the deposit amount taken via my credit card was refunded only at the moment I checked out, when I expressed a clear reaction! Since the hotel took already my deposit amount via my credit card before I came to the hotel, why I had to pay once again when I checked in then wait for the refund via bank transfer of the amount taken from my bank account? All receptionists had the same answer "we will refund tomorrow" every day when I asked if my deposit is refunded. Cheap price is good, but an indecent business policy is not good!
