If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked into the lobby, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The staff were not attentive and the whole place felt cold, dark, and dingy. Check-in is strictly at 3pm — not a minute earlier — and if you want early check-in or late checkout, they charge an outrageous $45 per hour. The room itself was tiny and extremely dirty. There was black hair all over the floor, so I had to go and get a broom and clean it myself. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, so I asked for an extra sheet to lie on top of the existing bedding. The pillows also had black hair on them, which was disgusting. Thankfully, we had brought our own. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most of the facilities and the prices are low. The service are very good and the employees are polite and friendly. And there are clean, tidy rooms. My family and I rented four rooms and we all had an lovely 10 day stay at this hotel. Thank you for everything, love from Norway!

Located near Chinatown. Near Clarke Quay riverbank that offers running route for anyone that love exercising. Walking distance to MRT station and Clarke Quay Central mall. The front desk is very helpful, friendly, and polite. Check-in/out procedure went smoothly. Room services was done perfectly and the cleaning lady was very kind. AC is quite cold actually but the room has great view of the city at such an affordable price.

Our 2nd time staying here. Value for money. Staff is accommodating. Air conditioning is good. Location is perfect as it is near the tourist attractions and the best food places. Loved the Christmas decors too!

I feel sorry for the front counter staff, the hotel is oversold and staff have to lie or do something about it in order to maximise revenue they can have. I hear someone cussing at them every night when visitors fail to get their booked rooms. |FYI, this is one of the cheaper real hotels (not capsules) in Singapore so when there's events like F1 going on, its definitely sold out.||As for our experience, we were travelling as a team, booking 5 separate rooms. Please note the booking was done in one person's name, so we could not get our rooms when that person haven't arrived yet. The front staff tried to get us to give up 2 twin bed rooms in order to fit 4 adult men into a "family" room for 1 night. When we went up we realised this is a normal sized room with 2 more beds put in next to a double bed with no room in between. WTF is this a massage place? So we went back down to front desk and they said they've sold our rooms already...||We begged them to not do this to us, they agreed to give us twin bed rooms when the person with the booking name arrives. We got it and were relieved. |Some rooms had too cold AC, mine had too hot AC. still better than having nowhere to stay. (lobby is nice and large)||Overall, not happy with the experience but could be improved better customer service and don't try to over sell your rooms. Otherwise I feel sorry for the front desk staff who often have to lie about rooms or have to call the manager who's not here. ETC.||Btw someone in our party have lost a ring as well.

This was a very clean hotel. The location is perfect to get to many landmarks. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back again. The cost can't be beat for the location.

The hotel has the worst services ever. The room is old and dated. The aircon is full blast. The controls don’t work. The bathroom has a little more than lukewarm water. We needed hot water. They don’t provide drinking water bottles and gave us tiny cups for tea. They didn’t even wash the used tea cups after cleaning the room. We had to do it ourselves. The bathroom door doubles as shower door (that’s how tiny the bathroom is). The lobby area is like a store area. No frills at all even for a 3 star. The towels were torn, toiletries are a minimum. Lighting in the room was bad. And at check out they tried to charge us for a kettle that was kinda broken from the start. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. They seem unwilling to provide good service. As it was the F1 weekend, they were full without trying. The only thing good about the hotel is its location.

Hotel is quite old. The room and tpilet is small. There's no slippers so be sure to bring your own. Lighting is a bit dim as it's concentrated on just one area. But, the bed is quite nice.The location is very near the riverside so it's a great area to walk around at night. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby but it's not noisy. The bathroom door is also quite interesting. The service is really nice though. The staff are accommodating and kind.
