We stayed at Robertson as part of our garden route trip. Selecting the Hotel as part of the living journey collection. We are fans of the Hotel group.||The whole experience from check in to leaving was a pleasure to enjoy. Everyone had a smile and seemed totally committed to providing a superb service and a memorable experience for us both. Nadine was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. |It’s one of the few in the hotel collection that offers an evening dining option.|For us, the experience was exceptional. The produce used and the skill in making each plate of food was exceptional.|Our room which had a pool outside the patio was outstanding. Great use of space and extremely comfortable. The breakfast we enjoyed was also delicious. |What a great team the Hotel has! Even when retrieving our car we noticed it had been cleaned overnight and was sparkling in the car park. Lovely touch.||From our trip one regret is that we didn’t stay in Robertson for longer to enjoy this hotel and the surrounding area.|Robertson is fantastic and the hotel is exceptional as well. Don’t miss out.

What an amazing, relaxing experience! From arrival right to the departure every encounter has been lovely We booked the honeymoon suite, which is a loft with the most beautiful little detail - well thought of and simple. The staff deserves a 10 star rating. They are by far the difference between good and superb! They are authentically friendly, nothing is too much to ask. They are on every detail and available anytime you need. The service has been so refreshing and other hotels etc. can learn a thing or 20 from The Small Robertson Hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful surrounded with nature the property is well managed and looked after the most care. You should open up more small hotels ;) Well done!

Our stay here was exceptional! The staff are fantastic and the hotel itself is like an oasis. We never wanted to leave! From the moment we checked in to when we left, everything was idyllic. We ate dinner at the restaurant where Tarryn, our server, hosted us and provided excellent recommendations and conversation. We will definitely be back and are eager to try the other Living Journey Boutique hotels!

Absolutely perfect for a relaxed getaway. The rooms are really cozy and beautiful and the staff is super nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend for a short or long term stay if you feel like having a few days to just calm down. Food at the restaurant is also really good so no need to leave the hotel if you don’t feel like going somewhere

The staff are a delight and an absolute credit to this hotel. Too many to mention by name but all so friendly, professional and helpful.||Hotel is lovely and has a good restaurant - breakfast is amazing and dinner very good too.||We stayed in a pool suite which we enjoyed - definitely recommend.||Our first stay in Robertson, but the area has so many fabulous wineries and a superb golf course that I’m sure we will be back.

The BEST! Everything was perfect. I loved the attention to detail, from the decor, bedding, design, to how the staff treated us, as royalty! My favorite part was definitely walking into the swimming pool from my room patio. Everyone was so helpful and attentive to our needs. highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Room was tidy and clean but not worth the amount of money per night. Dining at the restaurant NOT recommended, we paid R170 for a 2-slice ciabatta chicken and mayo sandwich, no garnish, chips or side salad. Why must we as locals pay tourist rates?

Superb stay. Clean and neat room with an amazing bathroom. Coffee and tea amenities in the room. Breakfast spread is great with very friendly staff to match. I'd highly recommend this property. There's loads of wine estates to keep you busy for atleast 2 days.
