Great selection — I even found candy I hadn’t been able to track down in years. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only downside: serious sticker shock. Four regular candy bars came to $26 after tax. Fun place to visit, but definitely pricey.

Every candy you can imagine is available. We didn’t buy anything because the prices were way higher than they should be. Some of the chocolates were $45/lb. It is a tight and slightly messy candy store. It would be a hassle to take a multiple kids in at the same time.

I was at this shop yesterday 7/26 and a kid and his mom accidentally knocked over a glass jar of lollipops. This rude woman who I assume is the manager goes off. She’s rude to the kid and his mom, she’s rude to the employees working there trying to help her, and she’s rude to the other customers in the store trying to shop. Not everyone knew there was broken glass, but she talked to anyone who came near like they were idiots for getting in her way. She talked to the staff like they were idiots. The kid was trying to apologize and she ignored him. I get that she was trying to clean up broken glass, but such a a small thing shouldn’t cause you to make everyone in the shop uncomfortable. Cool store though

This is my favorite candy shop ... the ambiance, the variety, incredible. Everyone who's complaining about how high the prices are don't understand that most of the candy sold here is imported and it costs $$$ to get it to G.B Mass. I've been buying candy from Robin's Candy Shop for over a decade & Robin has ALWAYS been kind and helpful to me and others shopping in her wonderful unique store ♡

Every visit to Great Barrington I have looked forward to visiting this shop. Today I was shocked to be spoken to so rude. I don't mind store rules and boundaries. I do mind condescending and rude entitled people. I dont need to tell the whole story, and judging by other reviewers I am not alone. Unfortunate. The young people were very friendly and fun. The older one had the attitude. I'd skip it and seek out another candy shop instead of wanna be Wonka Honeydukes minus the magic.

I love this candy shop! Great for adults and kids. So many classics. Well stocked and reasonably priced. Very fun!

This establishment is a treasure trove of long lost sweet treats. Think of a childhood favorite, and more than likely they have it in stock. It was a trip down memory lane browsing the isles and shelves of this store. Cheers to the owner(s) for creating such a warm and welcoming environment. If you're ever in Great Barrington, make a stop there...this place is good for children and adults alike!
