Exceptional stay at this cozy welcoming hotel. Everything was a delight, the view from the room, the cleanliness, the staff was really nice and professional, and a special mention for the lovely SPA and delicious food. had also the pleasure to taste chef Michael Kaizer's delicatessen which was a nice surprise. Its an adult only hotel which was exactly what my friend and I were looking for. very close to the ski slopes, ski rental in the hotel as well and close to the city center, there was also a shuttle at our service. This hotel deserves a 5 star rating for sure! Whole heartedly recommend this place. Thank you Daniela and all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. Looking forward yo come back.

The hotel is in the middle of mountains, with an amazing view. The reception staff is very nice and professional, and so is everybody working at the bar. The rooms are very clean and the shuttle service to the ski-area is super useful.

Rooms are rather basic but comfortable to rest in. The walls are very thin, we were placed in a connected room and were able to hear everything the guests in the other room were loudly discussing. Beds are very soft, too soft for those used to firm mattresses. We were positively surprised by a yoga room we were allowed to use and by yoga and stretching exercises offered after skiing. There’s also a good gym and good selection of saunas. Ski service is available directly in the hotel so you can have your skis waxed over night. Personnel were polite and helpful, including the gentlemen providing the shuttle service to the gondola. We were told one could ski down to the hotel but the piste was closed during the weekend we were there (mid Jan), don’t know the reason. Water in the pool was too cold for our taste, it wasn’t enjoyable to jump into a cold pool after a whole day of skiing. Also, the hotel only offers a buffet dinner for 65 CHF pp so we ended up having to go to the village to get a light meal instead though it was a bit exhausting. Perhaps the hotel could consider offering a la carte dinner too? Note that you have to climb up the hill to get to the village from the hotel. It takes 3 mins by car otherwise but then you’ll have to look for parking options.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and great spa and swimming pool. Rooms are clean and tody, though a bit small. Concierge is polite and helpful. They didn't provide early breakfast basket when I left at 2am for an early flight.

Worst service ever. I put 1 star because I cant select 0. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights due a corporate event. The people from the front desk were really rude and shuttle driver was even worst. He didn’t want to take me and my friends to the ski school station. In the end he did but during the whole ride was complaining in a very bad way that is not his job to take us. When we arrive, he threw me 2 snowboards hurting my hand. He didnt give me time to take them so they fell in the floor and he didn’t even help me to pick it up. When I asked him what’s his problem he said he was in a hurry. That’s not a way to treat customers! That was an aggression and Im seriously considering to put a formal complain. Every person from my group that stayed here, were treated bad with no reason. They also didnt clean the room in 4 days! I don’t recommend this place. At least not for corporate event or big groups, seems like they are not prepared!

Quite good hotel, clean rooms and very tasty breakfast. Location is quite difficult, because it's downhill from the main road, so you need to walk a bit to catch a bus.

This place is good, we stayed in an apartment next door, but came here to use the sauna, pool and drink at the bar, all very good. Very impressed with the Sauna area.
