Families can choose an 80 m² family room with two connecting double rooms, two bathrooms and pool- or garden-facing views. Children are cared for with age-specific, supervised programmes run by qualified childcare staff, and baby equipment is available on request. The pool complex features two children’s pools, a family pool and two small water slides, while ocean activities include diving, snorkeling, stand-up paddling and kayaking. Land-sport options range from beach volleyball and soccer to tennis and golf. Dining is handled across four restaurants serving Thai and international dishes with child-friendly options, and five bars — including a beach bar with sea views — provide evening refreshments. This was my 4th time staying at Robinson Club Khao Lak, and my family always enjoys it here. The staff are warm and helpful — I especially want to mention Thip from the restaurant. Even though it was busy, she looked after us with such a kind smile, which made our meals feel extra nice.||The resort itself is big and right on the beach, with lots of pools spread around and a kids’ club that my family found really handy. It’s a great place for families to relax together. And for someone like me who enjoys a drink, having draught beer and house wine at the buffet was a real bonus.||We’ll definitely be coming back again.

This isn’t our first time staying at Robinson Club Khao Lak — and for good reason. My family and I truly love this place.||The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by nature and just steps from the beach. The resort is spacious and family-friendly, with plenty of safe areas for kids to play and explore.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to make guests feel at home.||The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options for every meal. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening dinners — always fresh and delicious. There are also many activities throughout the day, from yoga and fitness to water sports and evening shows||We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Sammy was fantastic from start to finish! The reservation process was seamless, and he gave us such a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival – it really set the tone for our stay. We had the full board package, and everything was top-notch. The food and beverage options were absolutely fantastic – delicious meals, great variety, and excellent service throughout. Robinson Khao Lak is a beautifully landscaped beach resort 1.5 hours north of Phuket International Airport. It's "out of the way" of the heavily touristed Phuket island and that's the main reason I selected it. The service is good but not exceptional. Same with the amenities. The breakfast that is included in the room price is really good. The maid was really nice and provided us with extra bottled water. There were two weaknesses for me. First as a vegetarian there were very few options in the resort for a vegetarian lunch and dinner. That surprised me. Secondly, while the grounds were huge there weren't activities like yoga classes, free bicycles, nature walks for the guests. But overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable place to spend a few days.

A large hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of activities to enjoy. We stayed in a spacious pool villa with a wide, comfortable bed. The restaurant offered a great variety of food. The staff were attentive and welcoming—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team. Special thanks to K. Sammy for the warm welcome and excellent care throughout our stay.

My family and I took a short holiday at Robinson Club Khao Lak for the first time. We were very impressed with the hotel, beautiful area and grounds, great service, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. There were lots of fun activities to for both adults and kids, and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The food was great too, everything was to a high standard, and we will definitely go back again.

This is my third time in this hotel. I spend my holiday with my family. The hotel was very beautiful, with a long white sand beach. Very good food. Excellent service staff, everyone is friendly and there are only smiles. If you are looking for a place to have a wonderful holiday. I recommend this place.

My stay at Robinson Khao Lak was absolutely amazing. The beach access, service, and food were excellent, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The sports facilities were outstanding, and my personal highlight was the tennis training with Henri, he did an exceptional job!
