We stayed at Rochari Hotel for our honeymoon, and we could not have imagined a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for — every interaction felt warm, genuine, and personal. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with that iconic Cycladic charm, spotless rooms, and incredible attention to detail. The views over Mykonos Town were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to Little Venice, the windmills, and some of the best restaurants and nightlife on the island, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Transportation was seamless — the complimentary transfers from the airport and to the port made everything so easy, and the ability to park our rental car right at the hotel was such a bonus. As a gay couple visiting from the US, we felt completely celebrated and comfortable here. The vibe is wonderfully inclusive, and it was amazing to be surrounded by so many other incredible gay travelers — it added to the sense of community and fun that made our stay so memorable. Breakfast each morning was exceptional — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The pool and bar area became one of our favorite spots to relax, with cocktails that were just as good as the view. We truly felt celebrated here, and the entire team made our honeymoon feel extra special. Rochari Hotel is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience that captures the magic of Mykonos. We are already dreaming about coming back!

Upon checking in we were blown away with the magical views and setting of this hotel. However, our experience quickly went down hill. Although management were helpful, we ended up leaving 2 nights early. The room was very small - yes we had seen the photos online, as suggested by management, but we hadn't seen the window into the shower and how our two single beds were touching each other. |Management offered us to look at other rooms to complete our stay, however travelling with family and not a partner, wasn’t ideal with one bathroom being completely open to the bedroom and the other only having a kind size bed. |The main issue was the bathroom which was very small, but after having our first shower, the water wouldn’t drain and ended up flooding the space. We called for maintenance and they sent a cleaner down to mop it up, which didn’t rectify the problem. |The other concern we had was the breakfast. When checking in, i informed the receptionist I was gluten free and he said “we have everything”, noting when we booked I also noted this, as I do everywhere. When we went to breakfast the next morning, the only thing they could offer me was gluten free bread. |For €250 a night, i didn't think it was worth it, which is why we ended up checking out and finding another place to stay. |We also had to buy bottled water for €10 from the bar to stock up our room.

Absolutely brilliant, fabulous, extravagant, amazing, and sophisticated — Hotel Rochari is a true Mykonian dream come true! We stayed at the Rochari Mansion, and it was pure perfection. The design is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully crafted. Our private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the breathtaking view felt like a slice of paradise. The staff were simply extraordinary — welcoming, helpful, friendly, and offering brilliant service at every turn. They made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable — perfectly walkable to the Old Town of Mykonos, yet private enough to feel exclusive and serene. The hotel also arranged private transport from the port and airport, as well as transfers to the island’s famous beach clubs — absolutely seamless and stress-free. Hotel Rochari is more than a stay; it’s an experience of pure luxury and joy. We can’t wait to come back — it’s easily one of the best hotels in Mykonos, if not the world! Do you want me to make a shorter, Instagram-style version with emojis and hashtags too?

For years, I’d been wondering why so many of my friends from Australia chose to stay at the Rochari when visiting Mykonos. I now know why! While the facilities are luxurious with careful attention to details, it’s the staff that really make the hotel an absolute winner. Every single staff member was customer focused, friendly and extremely professional. I watched them work very hard every day of my stay ensuring everything was perfect for the guests. One major highlight is the daily breakfast which goes until 11am. It’s definitely a cut above the typical hotel breakfast with a large variety of offerings. The beds are particularly comfortable which is always a big plus when away from home and if you can secure a room with a view, it’s worth the little bit extra. The Rochari is a family-run business that’s been operating since the 1970s so they really know how to make a stay pleasant for their guests. Thank you to owner/manager Stavroula and her wonderful staff for a great stay in Mykonos.

Can we use superlatives? Can we rate more than 5? Probably not.|This hotel has something special. It was our third visit to the hotel, this time shorter and broken up in two short stays in between our visit of anther island.|The hotel is absolutely fabulous, despite the fact that Mykonos is not anymore our favourite island. For sure, the island has always been quite touristy, but with so many enormous cruise ships docking in the new port, it has become extremely crowded at moments. |This being said, we are very experienced travellers and the welcome and friendliness experienced here is truly exceptional. You come as a guest and leave as a friend, these are not just empty words. The hotel is managed so well. Stavroula manages this hotel and the people in such an elegant and exemplary way.|The grounds are very well kept and the rooms are fully up to date, with every comfort and really stylish. The breakfast is very good, with a perfect choice in the buffet and a very professional service for drinks and extras.|The hotel has a complimentary pick up at the airport or the port, as well as a free transfer upon departure.|For the last night of our stay, we had a problem and had to return home one day earlier because of a strike. The hotel was full, and we got an upgrade to the most luxurious suite, without any extra charge or penalty. The suite was a nice extra, but in the end most of the luxury (upper floor) rooms are nice. It was the flexibility and the attitude of the management that struck us in the most positive way.|This is a hotel where I was emotional when I left, that is very rare.

4-star hotel at it’s best. Very tasteful, an architectural jewel, all details are considered. Excellent breakfast with little pastries, amazing coffee, fresh juices, energy bowls. Pool area is perfect with very comfortable sun beds. Everything you may need in the room. AC is so quiet. The service is excellent, helpful. Free shuttle to the port.

We would stay here EVERY time we visit Mykonos!! Easily walkable to town through winding footpaths and close to everything. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. After I bought a gorgeous cloud shaped Dreamcatcher, that was too big to fit in my suitcases, the staff kindly all worked with me to wrap it in bubble wrap and whatever they had on hand so that I could carry it with me and protect it on the plane. This meant so much to me!! The massages that we got at the hotel where truly outstanding. Their masseuse is a uniquely intuitive healer.
