Our room was dirty, sheets not clean and actually had hair on them. Very run down with cheap furniture. No lobby, elevator didn't work so we had to take the steps. You get what you pay for. The location itself is beautiful, a block away from the beach and the balcony was nice. Wouldn't stay here again, but the city itself was very fun.

The check in and out process was relatively easy. The room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable. The patio area was nothing like the pictures shown online. Very rundown. The pictures posted online are deciving and outdated. I tried to wash my clothes and had the soap on them and everything, and the one washer (of the two there) that should have worked did not. Contacted them to let them know but nothing was done nor any solution offered to me. I had to get up early to go to a laundry mat the next day before we left to board our cruise. It was very inconvenient. The building was not secure as no code was needed to enter the building even though the door had a keypad. We would not stay here again.

We had such a great experience staying here during our trip to Miami! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Angi at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Miami!✨

I thought the price was too good to be true but read reviews and let’s just say I was correct! I showed up after front desk had closed and had codes to both of my rooms, neither one worked so we sat in hallway for an hour waiting for someone to come and let us into the rooms. The pull out couch DOES NOT fit 2 adults not do they provide enough bedding or pillows for 2 guests even though they have you pre-register all guests staying in each room. We did not have enough bath towels for each person to have their own and when I asked for more I was told they would bring some by later after finishing laundry but never did. We were there with a large group before a cruise and there is no patio/sitting area as pictured in photos so made it difficult to gather as a group. The location is the only thing this place has going for it, we did enjoy being close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants & shops. Overall I was disappointed in our stay and would not choose this place again.

This is by far one of the worse places I have stayed. Says the room should sleep 6. Sofa bed is only suitable for a small child. Not enough bedding for everyone. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was a joke, wouldn’t even classify the bedding as a blanket. Was a piece of felt that would fit a toddler. Asked for extra blankets and never received them. Did not feel safe as supposed to enter a code to access the building which you did not have to do. Anyone could walk in at anytime. When the front desk was staffed they acted like it was an inconvenience to ask for extra towels, which were also not available. Seating area is non existent, there is a bar and restaurant but super small. Nowhere for groups to get together and sit. Very sketchy. Only bonus is it is close to the beach. Supposed to get beach towels with room but again did not.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is shabby beyond belief - torn shades, dirty terrace, old wooden, shelves instead of a closet. The staff and security system are not good - the whole place is sketchy. We didn’t feel safe there. Please know you can find much better places with pools, kitchenettes, for the same amount of money. Don’t make the mistake we did.

absolutely love it here! location is unmatched and the rooms are everything you need. HUGE shout out to Nacho for the most seamless check-in proceess! Would definitely come back and recommend to all!

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect.
