Convenient location, front desk staff was kind. You get what you pay for, room was decent. Unfortunately after a few days we found several roaches in our room with evidence that more are present (skin shedding, droppings. Staff was apologetic but had no way to fix the situation or offer any compensation. We checked out a day early and found another hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised command, spend a little extra for somewhere without cockroaches.

Check in was extremely easy and receptionist was helpful and warming. She was very fast and efficient but at the same time made you feel welcomed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very lovely room and very clean. If you are looking for a room this is it and is right next to the beach.

We had a great stay. From the moment we arrived, Victoria welcomed us with a smile and a very kind attitude. She was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. The room was spotless and the hotel’s location is perfect. We would definitely come back!

We had such a great experience staying here during our trip to Miami! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place made us feel right at home. I thought the price was too good to be true but read reviews and let’s just say I was correct! I showed up after front desk had closed and had codes to both of my rooms, neither one worked so we sat in hallway for an hour waiting for someone to come and let us into the rooms. The pull out couch DOES NOT fit 2 adults not do they provide enough bedding or pillows for 2 guests even though they have you pre-register all guests staying in each room. We did not have enough bath towels for each person to have their own and when I asked for more I was told they would bring some by later after finishing laundry but never did. We were there with a large group before a cruise and there is no patio/sitting area as pictured in photos so made it difficult to gather as a group. The location is the only thing this place has going for it, we did enjoy being close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants & shops. Overall I was disappointed in our stay and would not choose this place again.

This place sucks. I had so many problems and then the last thing that happened I plugged in my PS5 in the TV and the TV fell off the wall and hit the table and I gotta be responsible for it so I don’t think I’ll be coming back there
