We had a great stay. From the moment we arrived, Victoria welcomed us with a smile and a very kind attitude. She was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. The room was spotless and the hotel’s location is perfect. We would definitely come back!

We had such a great experience staying here during our trip to Miami! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place made us feel right at home. I thought the price was too good to be true but read reviews and let’s just say I was correct! I showed up after front desk had closed and had codes to both of my rooms, neither one worked so we sat in hallway for an hour waiting for someone to come and let us into the rooms. The pull out couch DOES NOT fit 2 adults not do they provide enough bedding or pillows for 2 guests even though they have you pre-register all guests staying in each room. We did not have enough bath towels for each person to have their own and when I asked for more I was told they would bring some by later after finishing laundry but never did. We were there with a large group before a cruise and there is no patio/sitting area as pictured in photos so made it difficult to gather as a group. The location is the only thing this place has going for it, we did enjoy being close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants & shops. Overall I was disappointed in our stay and would not choose this place again.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect.

Our room was dirty, sheets not clean and actually had hair on them. Very run down with cheap furniture. No lobby, elevator didn't work so we had to take the steps. You get what you pay for. The location itself is beautiful, a block away from the beach and the balcony was nice. Wouldn't stay here again, but the city itself was very fun.

My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The unit was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained—everything I could have hoped for. It had all the amenities I needed, and the level of comfort made it feel like a home away from home. A huge thank you to Julieta at the front desk. She was amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive. Julieta went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and her welcoming attitude truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back for another stay!

The check in and out process was relatively easy. The room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable. The patio area was nothing like the pictures shown online. Very rundown. The pictures posted online are deciving and outdated. I tried to wash my clothes and had the soap on them and everything, and the one washer (of the two there) that should have worked did not. Contacted them to let them know but nothing was done nor any solution offered to me. I had to get up early to go to a laundry mat the next day before we left to board our cruise. It was very inconvenient. The building was not secure as no code was needed to enter the building even though the door had a keypad. We would not stay here again.
