⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rock Bar is truly one of Bali’s most iconic sunset destinations — perched dramatically on the cliffs of Jimbaran, it offers breathtaking ocean views that are simply unforgettable. Watching the sun dip below the horizon with waves crashing beneath you feels magical, and the overall ambience is unmatched. It’s definitely a must-visit spot for anyone who loves scenic views, good vibes, and great music. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, especially as the sky changes colours. The live DJ adds a nice energy to the evening without being too loud. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a cocktail, take in the sea breeze, and just unwind. The drinks are well-crafted and beautifully presented, though the prices are definitely on the higher side — expected for a venue with such a view. The food is decent but not particularly memorable; it serves more as a complement to the drinks and sunset rather than the highlight itself. The service was generally friendly, though it can be a bit slow during peak hours due to the large crowd. Staff members were polite but seemed slightly overwhelmed at times. Overall, Rock Bar delivers a spectacular visual and sensory experience. It’s perfect for sunsets, celebrations, or just soaking in the best of Bali’s coastal charm. While it’s not ideal for foodies seeking fine dining, it’s absolutely worth visiting for the view and atmosphere alone.

finally got to experience rock bar as we got complimentary 10% off as in house guests from Ayana. the vibe was everything! and the drinks were delicious. we had Sunset Dragon & requested Long Island which was not in the menu book. worth the hype. definitely coming back again. notes for Rockbar (if u’re reading this): please add some fan or anything to make sure that we could enjoy the night better. last time we were there, the wind was absent and it was so humid & hot. thank you!

Awesome experience that is well worth the journey and the perhaps marked up prices or the bar. Go for sunset, and go early around 4.30-5pm to ensure you get in, and get a nice spot. There is a minimum price for either the Tapas or the Dinner (sit down at dining area), but if you grab a couple of cocktails each or a drink and some food, you will hit this no worries The food is nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done if you are wanting to eat here. The main sell is the absolutely amazing setting - there is nothing like it in Bali. It's truly an experience worth visiting, with an amazing vibe, music, drinks, and atmosphere.

The view is super nice IF you can a good seat. And obviously the nice view seat only for the guest and we, walk in guest just to bring to the designated table depends on luck. We got the seat only can see 20% of the sunset. The waitress are super good as in every time they are around to serve us. The food is so so. I went there around 530pm and by 645+, the sky is dark and we can’t see anything. There’s minimum spend too for walk in guest so we have to order something to enjoy the view. Also, it was so hot without any wind

A great place to watch the sunset in Bali. Located in the Ayana resort grounds, you will be guided to the entrance. I had a good seat to watch the sunset and the sea view. The drinks were delicious and the decoration was beautiful. One of the most valuable and unforgettable experiences for me in Bali, and I want to come back here again. My raw pictures are not enough to capture the dreamy, vast and brilliant beauty here, you should come and experience it yourself. From Vietnam with love.

I am the first to say how amazing the Rock Bar is… I have been many times. But this time I couldn’t believe that they are charging approx $15 AUD for a 380 ml bottle of water and a can of coke/sprite. Just wow. Food was good, but I was disappointed they did not have the lamb available. Overall a beautiful place and experience but stop charging $15 for a can of coke! Staff have also become much younger and they do not understand a lot of English. Which also made it hard to communicate. Customer service was not their best this visit.

The architectural design of this venue alone is a sight to behold, videos and pictures simply don’t do it justice. The views and design elevate this place to true bucket-list status. The service is world-class, the food is exceptional, and the shisha service is supreme. It’s uncontested why Rock Bar is consistently ranked as one of the top lounges in the world, and I will gladly second that choice. This place is absolutely breathtaking. With top-tier service, excellent food, drinks, and shisha, it delivers an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Great place to watch the sunset, but you need to make a reservation. Once you book, you can arrive early and they’ll find you a table—don’t worry, the place is huge with over 500 tables. The earlier you come, the better. There’s a minimum charge of 350k IDR per person (around $20). The food wasn’t the best, but the atmosphere and the sunset view were absolutely stunning, plus there’s a live DJ. Definitely recommend adding this to your Bali list.
