Rock Noir Hôtel & Spa

I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a cycling holiday. The hotel is great. The staff are brilliant. We arrived on a rainy day and we were soaked, the lady on reception gave us slippers to wear while we checked in and got our rooms, a lovely touch. ||The hotel has great facilities, nice bar, spa etc and a room to store bikes or ski's. The rooms have ample space and a nice shower and the room keys are a real key!||The restaurant is top notch, we ate there twice. The breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice from a continental style buffet. ||Overall a great stay, I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food quality was outstanding, with a great variety, and the buffet breakfast offered a lovely selection to start the day. The hotel's location is ideal for skiing, just a short distance from the slopes. Our room was comfortable, with cozy beds that made for restful nights after long days on the mountain. The only small downside was the spa—the pool was a bit cold, and there were no towels available, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with a perfect blend of comfort, service, and location.

Our first skiing adventure was made exceptional by our stay at Hotel Rock Noir in February 2025. The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering ski-in access and proximity to ski schools and equipment rentals.||We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated our group of four. The room provided ample space and comfort after long days on the slopes.||The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff were not only incredibly friendly but also highly attentive, going out of their way to fulfill any requests, from addressing our needs to offering and booking restaurant recommendations.||The spa facilities were a mixed bag; while the absence of a jacuzzi was noted, the sauna and heated pool were excellent, particularly enjoyable for the children.||Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Hotel Rock Noir and would certainly recommend it to others seeking a delightful ski holiday experience.

What a lovely hotel and fantastic bunch of staff. From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home and so welcomed by everyone. The hotel is extremely well located (50 yards from the chairlift) and next to a couple of bars and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are well appointed and the food is lovely but above all the staff made this place very special. Special mentions to Ugo, Justine, Ornella & Pauline

I came here to the area to ski and found I enjoy the breakfast and dinner at the Rock Noir restaurant a little more than skiing. It is located just inside the hotel. The restaurant and hotel staff are incredibly happy. I see it their faces and by how helpful they are. Also each of the staff are always busy and put full effort into what they are doing. I hope this post will help some people out while they are vacationing near Serre Chevalier ski resort area.

Great location for the slopes, very clean and comfortable rooms, but the star was the receptionists in the evening , she was absolutely fantastic! so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again.
