Rockhouse Restaurant

No words can explain this incredible restaurant. The vibe is upscale chill. The food and drinks are amazing, and the views are to die for. We spent the evening here after a quick cab from Negril and enjoyed every moment of it. By far the best meal we had on our vacation and plan on returning every time we visit. Kudos to the entire staff and service - this is a beautiful gem in Negril

Everything was perfect. We have been in Negril for three weeks already, and the Rockhouse was our best experience in dining, hands down. Service throughout the evening was the top notch, and they even helped us with pictures of us and the sunset. We made reservations for a sunset view, and we had front row seats to a spectacular show overlooking the cliffs and surf. The food was phenomenal. We started with Ackee dip and Plantains and complimentary soup and warm rolls..amazing! Then Spicy Coconut crusted Snapper for me, and BBQ ribs for her. So yummy! The side vegetables were fresh local produce and cooked just the way I like them, with a slight snap. This is a perfect place for a romantic evening. Make reservations early, because it was filling up by 6:30pm on a Wednesday. We went at 5 for 5:30 reservations and had a couple of nice drinks by the bar.

Picturesque views of the beautiful seascape accompanied by the flavorful food blends of the island. When they say taste of the tropics, I believe I experienced it all here. Artisan blended fresh juices sparing no healing properties of nature, all natural. Grenada is spice island but the spices do not ring hollow here at Rockhouse. Everything was flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The calamari, coconut shrimp and sweetness of the plantain showed true with ripeness. Dined on lobster, shrimp, chicken salad and more. Once we got past the colorful presentation our senses continued to be mesmerized. Won’t forget the hospitality of the staff and server Jerome who assured everything went well to complement the dining experience. Make sure that this is a destination when you reach Negril.

This is by far the best Jamaican food wise experience we had on our vacation. Whole dinner was amazing, starting from the staff, food and drinks were delicious and the view is something you should definitely not miss out. Recommendations to visit during sunset time. 🍹🌅

The Rockhouse restaurant had some of the best food of all the restaurants we went to while visiting Negril. not only was the food delicious (highly recommend the marlin tostadas), but the views and ambiance were 10/10.

This was our best meal of the trip. We’ve been throughout the island and we were amazed by the food, service, and the view. Everything was 100%. They made the family meal amazing and delicious. VENROY, you are something special. Thank you for making us feel so taken care of the whole meal. This is the best service we’ve had. Thank you all again!

Right out the gate we were kindly greeted and were sat without dinner reservations at 4:30 pm. The ambiance feels like a romance novel setting. Big up Venroy! He was the best service we’ve had on our travels here in Jamaica:) I recommend the ‘Jerk chicken’ and ‘Whole Fried Snapper’. We also tried the Akee appetizer (on the lunch menu) and the Jamaican Stir fry (finally some veggies!) We would love to be back again!

We ate at several restaurants in Negril and the Rockhouse restaurant was our favourite. Setting amazing on the water (best to reserve to get next to the water). The food was cooked so well with amazing flavors. The smoothie pictured is Sorrel / Hibiscus. We especially loved the Big Breakfast which will remind you of a Full English Breakfast but will leave you with the experience that Jamaica does it better.
