Rockport loafers are the best in the market. They are comfortable and professional. Can be worn for both occasions (pleasure and professional). And what’s best of all they are reasonably priced and run sales. I got my brown loafers regular price $80 discounted to $38 during holiday season.

I have bought Rockport shoes many times but only from shoe stores. I went on line and ordered a pair of shoes and paid for an expedited shipment. It is now day 5 and Rockport has still not handed the package to UPS. I called Customer Service and all they said was " they will be shipped soon". Learned my lesson, don't order on line from Rockport.

I bought this pair and this is what happened after 1st time I wear them. At work, the shoes transformed into slippers lol. I called customer service and they refused to send me new pair because the invoice was one year old. So what? Even if I wear them after a million year, good shoes are GOOD. For me to remove this POST, please send me a new pair to my address in Saudi Arabia.

Reef is the absolute worst! I ordered a pair of shoes online size 9 1/2. My order confirmed the size was 9 1/2, my email confirmation regarding shipment and payment confirmed I ordered size 9 1/2. They shipped me a size 10 1/2 and now they cannot be reached for help or exchange. When you call their phone numbers, they literally say “we are not answering the phone”. When you fill out their customer inquiry information on their website, they do not respond, when you email them over and over again asking for help they do not respond. Then they have the audacity to reach out and ask me to review my purchase. Oh I reviewed my purchase all right, then I got an email saying that the reef staff had read my review and unfortunately it cannot be posted at this time! This is outrageous! Absolutely stay away from this terrible company! I will never buy anything from this company again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family what a terrible experience I had….thanks for nothing reef!

The sneakers do not meet my quality standards and are unsatisfactory. I sought to return them. Rockport's customer service is unresponsive to my return request. I have not received their return authorization after sending several emails seeking this return authorization information. It now appears that I am stuck with sneakers that are not good quality and do not provide comfort. At this time, I cannot recommend Rockport for this reasons.

I ordered a pair of shoes. When they arrived they were very substandard. They didn’t fit right; breaking weird on the top. I put them right back in the box and returned them. And paid for the return postage! I now get a message that my money has been returned but they charged me $10! What a ripoff.. I paid $20 for something I didn’t even have. I think I’m done with online ordering. Can’t trust anyone anymore!! Shame on you Rockport!!!🤬

I used to buy a pair of Rockports every year from my local factory outlet - their shoes are comfortable but don't last long. The soles will be worn bare within a year, average use (they're made in China). I tried using their website - big mistake. Post office lost the package, I sent proof of this to Rockport, who then chose to ponder what they'll do for about two weeks, instead of initiating a refund within a couple of business days. I won't be making the mistake of ordering from them again. My MasterCard provider is initiating a chargeback, as I'm not in the mood to play an eternal waiting game with an online retailer stuck in a service level from the 1980's.
