On balance this is the best hotel in Kyrenia . The rooms are well appointed , the breakfast a high standard .However the hotel lacks soul or any sense of service. It is missing the little things that make a difference in a hotel that claims to be a 5star ( pointed out by others in reviews). I got that sense of a poor customer attitude when we made the booking , no encouragement or welcome ( I put this down language) . However when we checked in,reception announced they had moved our room to poorer location even though we booked and paid well in advance. “Sorry we are full due to a concert booking party” . We had to accept the situation but asked to be moved asap . They made no attempt to do so. |When we attempted to check out the night before our departure , reception told us they were too busy to deal with it and would call . They did not. On the third attempt we got some service . This hotel ethos seems to be there to attract and service casino customers , the hotel’s other tourist style services appear to be secondary and it certainly has little international perspective

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. Apart from the pool staff, most employees were rude and appeared arrogant. In our room, the water temperature fluctuated between hot and ice-cold every two minutes. The small balcony couldn’t be used for drying towels or swimwear, which is quite inconvenient for a beach hotel. The dinner was bland, lukewarm, and lacked variety. Breakfast was just acceptable. The electrical outlets were underpowered, so charging devices took forever and some appliances like my hair straightener didn’t work at all. To make matters worse, there was a construction site right next to the pool and beach area. It was constantly noisy with drilling and sawing, making it almost impossible to relax. On Saturday, they even started clearing away the sunbeds around 3 PM, so by 4 PM we basically had to leave because it was so loud and uncomfortable. Overall, not a restful experience. However, after I raised these concerns, the hotel manager personally approached me to discuss improvements. Her professional attitude and genuine willingness to take my feedback seriously really stood out. I appreciate the effort to address these issues, and I’m hopeful that future guests will benefit from these improvements.

Hands down the worst and most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Let’s start with the positives as there aren’t many. Room is a nice size, clean and comfortable. Our first deluxe room overlooked a building with no view despite booking a deluxe sea view room. We eventually got moved but not a sea view but better than it was. Breakfast is good and available til 11:30 which is good. Now for the nitty gritty. Balconies have no furniture on so can’t sit out there. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No English channels on the satellite TV. Half board - don’t waste your money. Breakfast good and you get water, orange juice, tea and Nescafé included. Other drinks are charged. Dinner is repetitively the same and nothing special. Quite bland. Only get water included. Everything else is charged. No information around hotel giving this info. Not allowed to play cards In public areas of the hotel. no entertainment. Bar was closed, pool decking area with direct access to sea closed for renovations so no direct access to sea as advertised. Small area of pool open means very few sunbeds and by afternoon most are in the shade but if you move them you get told off. Snack bar not open. No spa just 2 ladies doing massage. Gym is basic and equipment shabby. Floor is lifting and unsafe. Staff watch your every move and take every opportunity to tell you you can’t do this you can’t do that. Not a relaxing stay and did not feel welcome. Give this hotel a wide berth

Don’t know where even to start. This is the best hotel ever I stayed in Turkey northern Cyprus. What a service, friendly, polite crew. They are so helpful, always available to assist. The rooms are clean, beautiful sea view. Pool area amazing and convenient, the bar in a middle of pool just does match any Las Vegas Casino hotels. And I am talk I stayed many different hotels in Vegas, which includes VIP floors. The buffet and dinner so delicious and definitely I will recommend anyone to stay here. |Anything I request, there were accommodate for me. The fact that the staffing is train to provide high level of service is just outstanding! |Casino was plus, but of course can’t match to Vegas, after all this is a small town compared to Las Vegas.||I loved the place and can’t wait for returning again in September…||Thank you again,||Cindy T|May 1st to June 4th 2024

Booked in January 2023, one of the main attractions was the pool complex. When we arrived, the pool complex was closed for renovations. No-one told us this before we arrived. No alternative seating area or compensation offered. Our booking could not be found. We were eventually shown a standard double room, which we had expected, however we were above the main front door at the reception area. The noise of a disco somewhere nearby was exceptionally loud. Spoke to a customer of the hotel whose room was further away than ours and they never heard anything. The food was aimed for the Turkish people, only some foods we could eat and we are not fussy eaters. The chefs were superb and the sweet display was amazing.. The waiting on staff were fabulous but we felt the management did not care about normal guests, only the rich.

A casino security called Bulent involves in sexual harrasment! Asks phone number,invites his home. I am straight! After somehow saying no to his dirty offers and ignoring him,he doesn’t let me enter casino. But everything was ok and i was entering without problems before his approach. He should not be working here.

Could be better fir 5 stars mainly the food and the quality of service .. in general it's nice and the room specious and modern. We have been upgraded too. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was not so interesting could me much better for 5 stars. You have also access to their casino too. We paid around 200 eur per night .. the staff are polite, helpful too. Good location with direct access to the sea as well.

Amazing Hotel I have ever stayed at. Went for 5 days and ended up extending stay to 3 weeks. The hotel location is great, hotel itself is great, food is wonderful and the staff are the kindest and most helpful you will ever find. Definitely recommend this hotel to everybody whether a couple or family with kids. The hotel manager is also very thoughtful and asks if there is anything needed. The kitchen staff are the best especially the women at breakfast who are superb. I admired them so much that I bought them all a gift when eventually leaving to fly back to UK. Dont think twice, close your eyes and book with this hotel, trust me you will not regret it
