Rocky Mountain Cryotherapy

I was a little nervous to even try this at first, I've heard great things about cryo therapy but I really hate the cold :p That being said George and his staff are knowledgeable and great at making you feel at ease. The experience itself was invigorating as well as therapeutic. It really helped with my muscle recovery and joint pain, and while I wouldn't say I enjoyed the cold part, it's only 150 seconds so the rewards far outweigh the cost!

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and wanted to try cryotherapy for my joint pain. I was a bit nervous at first since it was my first time. George was very knowledgeable and reassuring. The cold air was COLD but tolerable for only 3 minutes. I felt GREAT afterwards and plan on going again!

After studying the benefits of cryotherapy for muscle recovery, sports injuries and arthritis, I began my pursuit of “cryotherapy experiences” for myself. I live in Denver and traveled to several locations in the area including Castle Rock and Boulder, and ultimately found the experience at Rocky Mountain Cryotherapy the one that meets all my needs! George is knowledgeable and accommodating and Mia, his office manager is always the sunshine in my day. (Also trained in Cryotherapy). After my initial series of visits in February, I chose the unlimited monthly package and have kept that up every month since. I feel amazing and look forward to every visit. My son, my daughter-in-law, my trainer and a dear friend have followed suit. This is the place for Cryotherapy in East Denver!

Having back pain for days and taking more medication was not an option. George at Rocky Mountain Cryotherapy was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of one treatment. I was skeptical but tried it one time. That one treatment allowed my body to relax and give me the sleep I needed. George made me a believer in Cryotherapy!

George was very professional, knowledgeable, & was able to be flexible. The cryotherapy treatment was amazing and I felt so much better within 10 minutes after thr treatment. The plave was amazing and easy to park. Also bery reasonably priced. When i come back to Denver I will definitely come back for another session.

First time trying cryotherapy and it definitely helped with my knee pain. Takes a little to get used to the cold but it’s only 2-1/2 minutes so it goes fast. George is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before starting.

I love Rocky Mountain Cryotherapy. Great space. Awesome staff. Very welcoming and professional space. I’ve tried cryo at other places and this is by far my favorite, because this machine can do targeted cooling. It’s been so helpful on my low back.
