"Rocky's Tacos, Albany Park. We’re not sure why it’s called Rocky’s Tacos and not Rocky’s Tortas because their “Super Tortas Futboleras” are the reason to visit this soccer-themed restaurant. With over 78 different versions of the Mexican sandwich and consistently fresh bread, this is like the torta mecca. Pro tip: Get the pico de gayo that comes with ham and if you go in after 5p during the week there’s a good chance you’ll be ordering from Rocky himself."

We ordered a taco platter through grubhub and also tried their fresh guacamole and chips. We happened to order chicken and steak tacos. The steak was overwhelmingly better than the chicken. It's not even close. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Tried the nachos with steak and for the most part, they came with the usual toppings. An unexpected and welcome treat, was the slices of fresh avocado instead of the more traditional topping of guacamole. The tortilla chips were not the best but overall, I enjoyed the dish. If I find myself in this section of town, I will certainly go back to try other items on the menu. Also, although nearby street parking is metered, it is plentiful.

I have been eating the Chicago Fire Torta and could not get enough of it! If you're looking for something to fill you up with a fresh taste I definitely say try out this torta! The staff is very friendly as well and were able to get my food out very quickly just before rush hit

I would say very average, but amazing for the price. Some of the best value TexMex in the area for sure. I don't think it would win an award but it will definitely fill you up. Fast service too, great for a quick meal.

My absolute favorite taco joint in the city. Their al pastor is some of the best I've ever had (the char on the pork is incredible) and their green salsa is so good I often went over just to buy a cup of it to use at home. Also their tortas are MASSIVE.

I used to like this place, they had really good tortas but this place has fallen off. Last time I went I found a little roach on my plate. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back.

Decided to give it another try. The cashier, luisa was very rude. As we ordered she made a nasty face because we were looking at the menu to see what we wanted to order. It only took us 30 seconds. When we asked for horchata, she answered " No hay" (There isnt any , rudely). After that, the change was inaccurate. When asked to get correct change back, she was upset. Also, we are paying customers and should be treated like any other paying customer. The following people who arrived were greated kindly. Will not return only because of the horrible customer service. My advice is, please train your cashiers to be friendly at all times, more people will consider returning.

First time coming to this place. Love the soccer-theme & torta names. First time trying the torta ahogada here, it was called La Chiva Ahogada. Not a big fan of how spicy it was but the flavor did make a difference to me. The service was decent and would still recommend this place for your go to taco & torta joint!
