Rodas An Ecotel Boutique Hotel, Powai, Mumbai

Nestled in the heart of Mumbai, Rodas boasts a prime location that offers convenience as the hotel located in shopping districts, you can find many dining spots, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers alike. Thanks to the hotel staff I had seamless check-in process to the attentive concierge service, the level of hospitality exhibited by the hotel staff is truly commendable, reflecting a genuine passion for hospitality. However, there is room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness. Although the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, I have concerns with cleanliness standards. Issues such as dusty surfaces (in table and doors) and insufficient attention to detail, detracting from an otherwise impeccable experience.

Spent a lovely 3 days at the Rodos. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was amazing as was dinner. The staff were friendly and on the ball. The hotel has its own taxi that will take you on a tour of Mumbai. Which the four of us went on for a very reasonable price. Just one little niggle and that was most of the people on the front desk were unaware of this service. It wasn't until I spoke to a gentleman who was on the evening shift about city tours who then gave me the taxi itinerary.

Hotel location is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are clean enough. Food is tasty too and room service is prompt to serve quickly. Only challenge I found was the front office staff. Check in and check out process was quite slow as there was only one staff member at the counter.

Nice rooms, courteous staff. Specially Mr. Shakti at the reception was very helpful at the office check-in. Only caution is that unlike other hotels they keep some chargeable items in open space. Which people may take at acost. They should be better probably providing it inside the refrigerator.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a prime area. However, it's a bit pricey considering the room and breakfast. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the limited breakfast options that remained the same both days of our stay. The room was small, and the AC temperature couldn't be adjusted, leaving it uncomfortably cold. Nonetheless, the service and staff were commendable
