Went into Cheapside branch today as needed a suit for a funeral and was served by Chet. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. His knowledge of suits, fits, and styles was impressive, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for with absolutely zero sales tactics or pressure. He made the entire process simple and enjoyable—what I thought was going to be overwhelming turned out to be a pleasure. Highly recommend asking for Chet if you're visiting Roderick Charles.

Just popped into the Cheapside branch and bumped into Miles Porter… who measured me for my first suit in 2000 which I wore at my wedding. 25 years on the smiles are the same although there might be a few more grey hairs! Recommend you stop by Chris 🆑

Very pleased with the service and my recent suit purchase. Seems well made and the alterations improved the fit making the end result very comfortable. Option for extra trousers a nice feature too as these always wear out first (for me). Obviously not the cheapest but unflashy quality seems to be what you get. Will see how the suit fares now!

Well made suits that last the test of time. Just popped in to get some more trousers made and was served impeccably. Not cheap, but good value for the quality and service. Especially given the semi-tailored nature
