I love seasonal restaurants and was very happy to stumble upon this one! Nice little cozy restaurant. My Duck Breast was cooked wonderful and all the flavors on the plate were definitely paired perfectly. Can't wait to go back and see what is next.

This place was heavenly! A few of my co-workers/friends and I went. We all enjoyed our food and atmosphere very much! The waiter was also so kind and fun. I love to ask the waiter to bring me anything in the menu that is spicy and he played along!

We drove 90 minutes to dine at Rodina and it did not disappoint. Lovely, friendly staff, lots of social distance dining options and of course, delicious food and drinks. Someone in our group was vegetarian and they were great at making substitutions. I loved how thoughtful and fresh the entire concept was. The trip was definitely worth it and we will be back. Cedar Rapids is so lucky to have a unique restaurant like this. Don’t be afraid to try this place out, the passion and expertise at work here definitely shines.

Not one to leave reviews, However The impression Rodina left on us was too fantastic not to share. The Food and service were incredible!! Such a gem to have as part of Cedar Rapids. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the food be made from our seat. Made us appreciate the artistry of their cooking. We can’t wait to come back! Not shown in the images are the amazing cocktails and dessert that you can’t pass up on!

We ate here last night as we took a weekend trip away to Cedar Rapids. We used Yelp reviews and were not disappointed. The dishes are very creative and unique. I didn't realize how much I loved garlic scapes and now I want more! I'm German I'm a big fan of spaetzle and I make it myself. There's is different but I still liked it - More crispy and baked. Loved the environment, location, etc. Highly recommend. Locally owned.

A superb combination of the highest standard of quality, class and professionalism. Rodina hits a home run in with every aspect of its establishment. We were by with the kindest host and were promptly seated by the window. The decor is unbelievable, with a unique combination of modern and cozy. Everyone, especially our server, were incredibly friendly and gave exceptional service. We kept talking about how amazing the food was days after our time at Rodina. Our experience here was nothing short of spectacular and I am looking forward to being a patron here for years to come.

Dinner here was fantastic! Everything came out quickly & all was delicious. We got the baked brie and half chicken with seasonal veggies & roasted potatoes. Love that the food is locally sourced and sustainable. Highly recommend!

I would expect to find Rodina in NYC or Seattle. We're lucky to have such a unique and tasty offering here in Cedar Rapids. I've visited for dinner but most recently brunch. My wife and I split the French Toast and Shakshuka which was a perfect sweet + savory breakfast. The coffee is local from Dash Coffee Roasters, I believe I had 3 cups. The space is warm and the owners kind. We'll be back!
