Rogner Hotel Tirana

Prime city-center location surrounded by lush gardens & pool oasis. Feels like a tranquil escape. Rooms are spacious but decor feels slightly dated & needs refresh. Staff generally helpful. Good breakfast. Overall, a solid 4-star with charm, though rooms don't quite match modern 5-star expectations. Great for ambiance & location.

Our stay at the Rogner Hotel Tirana was flawless from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines five-star comfort with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are elegant, the rooms are spacious, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Elsa from the concierge team. From the very first moment, she greeted us with a smile and outstanding professionalism.

The hotel is in a nice area of Tirana with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s advertised as a 5 star hotel but there are some serious issues worth noting. The air conditioning controls in the bedroom do not work so the hotel controls the air temperature. I recorded the temperature in the room at 29 degrees or 86F. This is quite uncomfortable for me and made the stay unpleasant.||Breakfast service is terrible. We were forced to sit on a table with previous guests used plates and glasses for the duration of our breakfast. We had to find our own cutlery. Not one member of staff spoke to us. ||I would not stay at this hotel again after this experience.

This is truly a fantastic hotel. The expansive gardens and the beautiful pool create a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. One standout feature was the staff’s flexibility—they kindly allowed us to park our camper/overland truck in the gardens. It felt safe, secure, and incredibly convenient during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a touch of something extra.

Very lovely experience here. Staff were so friendly and rooms were great. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and also vibes. The pool was sadly closed when we visited but would happily come back as it looked lovely. Would highly recommend and no negatives. They even sent a birthday cake up to me on my birthday. Little touches like this made it extra special!

This large modern hotel is superb in all aspects. Service, rooms, amenities, food - everything is spot on. Breakfasts are excellent. The pool is a welcome relief on hot days. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the main square and is central to most key sights in Tarana. I really struggle to fault this place and it is good value for the price, at this level of quality. It is not a splurge hotel, more-so a top notch place with contemporary comfort and style. Just lovely.

For the second time I was in Rogner on official trip, at a conference. Two years ago, in November, when less crowded, this hotel amazed me. This time around, in July it was overcrowded, many people at the pool, in the restaurant, and when we arrived first day, it took them two hours to serve lunch to our group of 30 people! We had fixed menu with dishes with fancy names, and that was about it. Young waiters simply didn't care if you need anything, poor service, negligent...

We stayed at the Rogner for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier. The beautiful gardens and pool were perfect for our gathering in between events. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made us very comfortable considering we were traveling from another country. In particular, Lume at the front desk stood out to ensure we had a memorable experience. We are very grateful and will come back whenever in Tirana.
