Rogner Hotel Tirana

The 5 stars hotel Rogner meets the expectations for a livery hotel. Amazing location, reception is competent and super professional and friendly. Rooms are clean and large and the bathrooms are well equipped with toiletries and large towels. The bed is very comfy and despite the central location, you don’t hear noise due to the perfect sealed windows installed in the room. You are 7 min walking distance from the main square .

Overall, it was a nice hotel that offered good value for money and is in a great location. The staff, in general, were friendly, especially Kevin at reception, who was very approachable. However, the lady at the spa was extremely rude, which was disappointing.||The room I stayed in was nice, but some of my friends' rooms weren't as good, as they hadn't been refurbished yet. Breakfast was decent, and we had no issues with it.||We were able to park our car at the hotel, but the staff at the car park weren’t very accommodating when they couldn’t find a space. On one occasion, we had to ask the hotel staff to resolve the situation for us.

Excellent location, in the city center, and in the nice neighborhood. Rooms are cozy and spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We did not use the pool outside but I can tell it is not big due to the surrounding of the hotel. It is quiet place. Staff in the hotel is very polite and welcoming. One small remark I have is that you can smell the food from the kitchen in the garden and part of the lobby area.

Stayed here for a week. Hotel very clean, staff attentive. Bedroom modern and spacious. Requested bathrobe and extra pillows which were delivered quickly to the room. Restaurant great, breakfast buffet plentiful and varied, lots of healthy choices as well as the usual fayre. Only negative point to comment on was bottled water in room on arrival was not replenished daily. Also fresh flannel not replaced when used.

Love this hotel. The location is great. It has max 4 floors or so, so it gives you more comfy and homey feeling. Room very well equipped and maintained. All staff is nice and ready to help. Inside, there is a beautiful garden where you can eat or have a coffee or drink. Would go there again.

This was the ideal hotel to explore Tirana. Firstly, it was beautiful, with spacious, comfortable, renovated rooms and tropical gardens- we thought we were in the South of France. The location was ideal, we went everywhere on foot. But what made it really special was the people- the staff, both at reception and the restaurant were outstanding. We particularly appreciated that they let us use the pool, although it was officially closed, because it was November and they had no lifeguard on duty. They gave us bath gowns and pool towels, and as the weather was warm, we had a great invigorating swim, before we indulged in the excellent breakfast. They also helped us to organise a tour of the country, by recommending a first-rate, reasonably priced, tour operator. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city with pool and spa. The staff were brilliant, extremely helpful and efficient. Beds a bit hard.dore but my friends all found them.comfy. Although it's on a main boulevard our garden facing rooms were very quiet, no traffic. 10 mins safe walk to the main sights. Excellent breakfast and great coffee. Highly recommend.

Stayed here at the end of our tour of Albania as a treat. I really wanted to like the hotel. It had been pointed out when we walked around Tirana as a high end hotel popular with politicians and the elite. Arrived in the morning before our room was ready so we left our bags in left luggage with a ticket and went off to see some sights. On return our room was ready but unbelievably the ticket we had been given did not match the ticket on our luggage. Ok, mistakes happen but the member of staff questioned us about whether it was our bag?! As if on check in I want to take someone else's clothes to my room? Our room was a basic room, which was fine. Lacked character but would do the job. Reasonable size, good shower, chocolates on your pillow! There was also a kettle. We sat in the gardens that afternoon and had a cool drink in the gardens. Not sure why they needed to charge ten times the price of a coke though; I guess it is reinforcing the exclusivity of the space?! We did really enjoy the pool area, which is a good reason to stay here - not sure there are many outdoor pools in central Tirana. Good sunbeds, did not use the bar! Another positive thing about the hotel is the location; you are in walking distance of the famous Pyramid and Skandenberg square, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from too. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent and was included in the price of our room. American standard buffet experience with a strong selection of hot and cold food. On our last night there was a private function in the hotel, partying on when we went to bed. We rose early for a flight but the garden was still littered with dirty glasses, overflowing ashtrays and rubbish. I can't believe this is the standard of a flagship, international hotel. This was compounded when we left by the fact there was no one to check us out on reception for several minutes but three male members of staff were stood in the doors to the garden smoking. Once they finished they came to check us out. So a mixed review. Great location, average room, lovely pool but lacks the standards of service you might expect in a hotel that is supposed to be at the top end of the market.
