This hotel deserves the good reputation it has achieved. It’s in a perfect location and is a very attractive, comfortable choice. | The gardens and swimming pool give the hotel a great deal of character. Our room looked out over them and I would recommend paying a bit extra for this. | Breakfast was excellent with a big choice of food. We had snacks around the pool one afternoon - very enjoyable. | Our room was comfortable and attractively furnished. Staff are efficient and friendly. | Altogether, this is a lovely hotel.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. It’s in a great location - convenient to a number of good restaurants and a number of tourist attractions. It caters to business and tour groups and has a beautiful garden and pool area in back.||Their website isn’t very informative. Upon arrival I learned that they have free parking which was a pleasant surprise but frustrating as I had already parked elsewhere. I also discovered that the pool and Biergarten restaurant closed on September 30. I was planning to eat at the Biergarten.||We had a deluxe room with a garden view balcony. My confirmation said that the room was newly built. The bedroom and balcony were very nice. We got a few English channels. The WIFi was generally good but cut out occasionally. ||Our bathroom suffered from shoddy construction. The toilet paper holder was hanging to the wall by a thread. You had to make sure that the toilet lid was down when you flushed or you ran the risk it would splash on to the floor. The shower also had some mechanical issues and only had lukewarm water for our first two mornings. I mentioned this to the front desk and we subsequently got hot water on our final morning,||You can’t drink the water in Tirana but they only give you bottled water for your first day. I found that very cheesy.||A so-so breakfast was included in our room rate. There was a very good assortment of cold dishes but the hot ones were marginal. Service was harried and ineffective. ||The front desk personnel were generally helpful. The young woman who checked us in and out, though, reminded me of the old Soviet stereotype - no pleasantries, never smiled, etc. Not rude but not friendly. She asked how the room was and I said there were some problems with the bathroom but the room was nice. She didn’t comment or ask any questions about the bathroom issues. She seemed pretty apathetic.||Overall the place is very nice but the problems with the bathroom were pretty significant. Not sure that I would return as a result.

Prime city-center location surrounded by lush gardens & pool oasis. Feels like a tranquil escape. Rooms are spacious but decor feels slightly dated & needs refresh. Staff generally helpful. Good breakfast. Overall, a solid 4-star with charm, though rooms don't quite match modern 5-star expectations. Great for ambiance & location.

Not sure why this hotel is 2-2.5 X more expensive than other places in Blloku, Tirana for the same quality. I think because it was the first hotel in Tirana and has the history and reputation. However, a bit dated and buffet breakfast is average. Otherwise a nice stay, great location and clean. Staff are professional and helpful

I had a disappointing experience with the hair salon. Despite having an appointment which I confirmed the day before, when I arrived Marjeta was not there, but at Pilates. Another hairdresser wanted to start my hair. I chose Marjeta because she was highly recommended by other expats. I didn’t feel comfortable having another stylist start my colour. I should have been advised beforehand. Marjeta had my WhatsApp. No excuse for this.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was great, the staff are all friendly and breakfast has a lot of choice. The room faces a main road which is very loud, which is something to consider if you're a light sleeper but I managed fine. The only thing I would mention to the hotel, is to use a different taxi company as they called a 'city taxi' for me. The taxi experience was awful, and ruined the end of my stay in Tirana. I had used a different company earlier in the week which I arranged myself and they were much better.

So my husband and I were looking to travel somewhere new. We used Skyscanner to see where we could fly on our dates. So we opted to do a two destination holiday. Our first stop being Albania.||We were driving down from Aberdeen as our flight wasn't until 2:15pm we didn't need to stay over. ||Dropping our luggage off at the Ryanair desk was nice and easy. I did see a sign you can drop your bags off the night before. ||We got through security with no issues at all. You now only need to take your belt and jacket off and you can take up to 2 litres through as well.||We went to All Bar One for breakfast. I've written a separate review for All Bar One.||Ryanair have started a new service on the plane were you can pre-order your drink and food via Bluetooth. When your items arrive then you pay. It did mean the trolley service didn't come round till later and it only came down once. ||When we arrived at Albania airport the passport control for us was for the electronic gates which were quick. ||There is ATM's when you get out of security/luggage. ||We found the taxi rank. The taxi driver didn't take credit or debit cards. Our taxi cost 22 euros to our hotel. ||Take both Euros and Albania money.||We got checked into the hotel. The restaurant closes at 11pm and the bar closes at 11.30pm. ||We stayed in room 314 which overlooks the city. The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There was a mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, safe and hairdryer. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The shower was lovely. You have two shower heads to choose from and there is a bidet.||We were so greatful the restaurant was open so late because we were starving. We had pasta and a pudding. Which was delicious.||Breakfast was included in the room rate. There is the option to eat inside or outside. Even though it was October it was hot (22 degrees) so we ate outside. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet. So plenty to choose from.||I did an itinerary for our three day trip. |Day 1 we went to explore the following:|•Pyramid of Tirana |•Tanners Bridge|•Xhamia e Tirares |•St Paul Cathedral |•Tirana Castle |•Et' hem By Mosque |•Skanderbeg Square |•Rinia Park|•Spinning Bar||This is alot but we managed to do it in one day. ||The second day we got up went for a run outside and went for breakfast. We had lunch at Taiwan then went for a drink at the Marriot hotel. So a much slower paced day. The weather was beautiful again it was about 18 degrees. ||On our last day we went for a run outside. Went back to the Castle and had a few drinks and did some shopping. Then went to the Spinning Rooftop bar for lunch again then had a few drinks and enjoyed the 360° view. We had dinner at the hotel.||At this hotel there is a tennis court, a good size gym, sauna, steam room and spa.||We were here the week before the October school holidays and it was hot. We didn't need a jumper or jacket. It was the perfect temperature for going out to explore.||The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed trying the local food. ||Our taxi from the hotel to the airport was only 11 euros so much cheaper.||I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Rogner Hotel Tirana was flawless from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines five-star comfort with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are elegant, the rooms are spacious, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Elsa from the concierge team. From the very first moment, she greeted us with a smile and outstanding professionalism.
