Rohotu Fare

My husband and I had the most superb, second to none experience at Rohotu Fare. The outdoor jungle garden and living spaces is beautifully crafted and curated, steeped in Polynesian flora, fauna and art. There is a sense of total luxurious privacy, yet if there is anything we needed, hosts Nir and Tiare were happy to help. We stayed for two weeks and each day, we discovered something new w|to delight us. When we visit Bora Bora again, we will not hesitate to return to Rohotu Fare. What a beautiful place you have created! Balm for the heart and soul. Thank you so much Tiare and Nir for helping to make our holiday one to treasure forever.

Nir has created a Masterpiece for a private Jungle-like Get-away. 4 Bungalows hid in a 4 acre tropical garden filled with unique sculpture creates a fitting ambiance to the Allure of the ultimate Bora Bora experience. Spacious A/C bungalows are quality construction, with hardwoods from around the world, superb craftsmanship in construction, space filled with tasteful romantic sculpture. His Signature Out-door Shower is a real treat (a Tarzen-Jane persona). The bungalows are elevated about 200 meters above sea-level to create terrific views of the bay, and faces West for gorgeous sunsets to enjoy on the balcony. Above all, Nir's customer service and personal attention is outstanding: arranges tours with local guys, advice on best restaurants, unique things to do, etc. We made a terrific choice to SKIP the $1K-plus a Night over-the-water bungalow experience at the atoll's high-end resorts and BOOK an 8-night stay at Rohotu for 1/3 the price but with 2X the true Bora Experience, a much-wiser Return on Investment. I agree with the all the positive details of the other reviews. The Rohotu-provided photos are totally accurate and represent the true state of this property. An Unforgettable Stay at Rohotu Fare! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had the most amazing experience at Rohotu Fare! The villa is beautifully crafted with so much love and attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is simply breathtaking – like a mini spa! The location is super central, making it easy to explore Bora Bora, and they even have bikes available for guests to borrow, which was a huge plus for us. Nir and his family are incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Rohutu Fare was exceptional. Forget over water bungalows they are so passé. This is the most unique accommodation available on Bora Bora. Set in a small jungle filled with local art, curated by your wonderful host, Nir, you can relax in your luxurious space, sleep on your beautiful four poster bed, shower in your stunning bathroom, chill on your balcony overlooking the Bora Bora lagoon. We were lucky enough to have 14 nights here and we loved every second. The hosts are wonderful and make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This place fills up fast, so you will need to plan your stay early . Thank you for sharing with us this slice of paradise.

This place is so unique! If you want a completely different experience than what you normally think of with Bora Bora, this place is for you! The hosts are amazing and will help you plan anything you need - as well as take you to the grocery store! We absolutely loved our 3 nights, which was the perfect amount of time for us. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you, but if not, I'd highly recommend it for people who want something a little outside the usual. Unique furnishings and an obvious love of nature and attention to detail was around every corner. Simply beautiful!

We have just returned home from the most wonderful stay at Rohotu Fare. The reviews I read prior to booking our stay did not in any way over exaggerate the amazing experience of a stay at this magical place. |The bungalows are large, beautifully furnished and are equipped with everything you could possibly need for the most comfortable and relaxing stay. The bungalows and the gardens are full of the most interesting statues, carvings and artefacts - always something surprising along the path. The views of the lagoon from the bungalow is stunning .Nir happily tells how his dream of creating Rohotu Fare came to fruition. |Nir or his wife Tiare will be at the dock to collect you from the airport boat transfer and whisk you 10 minutes along the (only) road to RF , first stopping at the supermarket to pick up some breakfast provisions. Nir is on hand throughout your stay to provide assistance and advice about activities and dining on the island and quite honestly can’t do enough to ensure you have the best time on Bora Bora.|We already can’t wait to return - we highly recommend a stay at Rohotu Fare.

My wife and I stayed at Rohotu Fare for half a week during our 20th wedding anniversary, after having stayed in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora for half a week. Each of the two was just as amazing in its own way, but we'll probably remember Rohotu Fare longer and more fondly, our stay was that special. What a magical place, unlike anything we've experienced on our many travels -- there's a reason this place has a 5.0 average review rating! The owner has literally put in 35 years of his life, soul, vision, and dreams into creating this place, which now lives up to the wildest dreams of his guests. From the time you approach your room through the astonishingly and immaculately designed jungle pathways, to all the details within the room, this place makes you feel like you're in a movie come to life -- some fantastic combination of Indiana Jones and Jumanji. Staying here made me feel like a kid again, while also feeling pampered and luxurious. So glad we stayed here for our special occasion, and we'll definitely be back!
