Unquestionably one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Everyone on staff at Roki made my wife and me feel like we were the most important people in the building. We were at the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday and you would have thought the hotel staff were family. Every person knew it was her birthday and acknowledge it to her. She had gifts and a custom made cake in our room with a handwritten note. We took advantage to the offerings from the spa and each treatment was outstanding. The rooms were outstanding - feeling more like an apartment than a hotel room. Every finish was perfect. Finally, the restaurant delivered impeccable service and outstanding food. The servers at both restaurants and the bar were attentive and friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roki Collection is, without question, the best fine-dining restaurant in Queenstown and genuinely one of the top three dining experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Giacomo was absolutely outstanding. His service was warm, professional and effortless, and the way he explained the menu and food options in depth made the whole experience even better. You could tell he truly cares about what he does. Eric, the wine expert, was just as impressive. I gave him a very brief description of the kind of wine I like, and he absolutely nailed it. His knowledge, confidence and professionalism were second to none, spot on recommendation. From the service to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything was flawless. Everyone involved in this restaurant should be incredibly proud of what they’ve created. What an experience. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time!

Roki is the newest gem in Queenstown, showcasing a stunningly elegant modern design that reflects exceptional quality. Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed by a charming maître d'hôtel from Italy, who crafts an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The interior decor, expertly designed by the renowned Virginia Fisher, is celebrated for its impeccable taste and stylish creations. We headed straight to the bar and ordered two exquisitely crafted cocktails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was attentive and impeccably groomed, enhancing our overall experience. Following our drinks, we made our way to Essence, the restaurant, where dining on the terrace next to the roaring fire created the perfect ambiance to kick off the evening. The food was well prepared; the crayfish roll was a highlight with its delicious, soft bun cradling a well-balanced crayfish filling. Though the sashimi was undeniably fresh, I would note that its presentation could have been improved. We also savored the scampi risotto, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For our main course, we relished the roast chicken for two, which was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Roki was unforgettable. The superb venue and enchanting atmosphere are second to none; we will definitely be back.

This was my first time at the Library Bar just for a drink, then I came back a second time to Essence, and both visits were truly exceptional. Each experience was complete, emotional, and incredibly interesting. Congratulations to the kitchen and to the service team. And a special mention to David, the best bartender I’ve ever met. I’ve never seen such perfection. David takes the time to introduce himself, to ask what you like or don’t like, and then creates something magical in a glass. He’s a passionate professional and kind to the core. Thank you for everything.

Amazing! experience at Roki. Stunning boutique hotel and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.From the moment we arrived everything about this hotel was effortless. Beautifully situated over looking lake wanaka and walking distance into town, the rooms are exceptional, thoughtfully designed and relaxing. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. Dinner at Essence was magical, each plate perfectly executed! Thank you for looking after us and we can't wait for our next stay at this wonderful hotel!

Unequivocal luxury. This hotel has lifted the bar on all facets of excellence and perfection to allow for the most pampered and relaxing experience possible. Meticulous design, superior quality and thoughtful details are seen in every aspect of the hotel. The staff were exceptional and ready to execute your every request. And our room - WOW. It was a haven and so unlike a standard hotel room - it was a retreat. I feel in love with the walk in robe that left our room free from luggage. Our retreat was a spacious haven which was hard to leave as every comfort item was accessible. Thankfully I did experience a sensational massage at the Spa. This treatment again echoed all the elements of ultra luxury. The highlight of the stay though, besides the excellence of the staff and facilities, had to be the tasting menu at Essence. Now that blew us away! We have already booked another stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful the hotel was. Every detail was intricately designed, and the entire space felt luxurious. But what truly stood out to us was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming, and they each took the time to introduce themselves to us personally. On top of that, I had accidentally booked the restaurant for the wrong day - but instead of turning us away, the team went out of their way to accommodate us with such grace and kindness. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really reflected the exceptional level of service they provide.

We had an exceptional experience at Roki Collection. Upon arrival staff were warm and welcoming and we were immediately enveloped in the calm and serenity of the place. We received highly personalised service even before our arrival with special requests and treatment bookings at the peerless and very unique spa being accommodated with ease. The quiet luxury of the conservatory and sitting room, the glamour of the bar, the breathtaking panorama of The Terrace restaurant, the bespoke culinary experience of Essence Restaurant all take advantage of the prime position overlooking the lake. So do the elegant and beautifully appointed rooms of generous proportion which immerse guests in serenity. We stayed 4 nights and were sorry leave. Roki has set a new standard.
