Arrived at 13:00 on a Tuesday and only had to wait for about 5 minutes before being seated. You are told when you are seated you can only make 1 order so it seems that the focus is a quick turnover which doesn't feel that welcoming.
The food is high quality. We tried the cold noodles, hot noodles and spare ribs. The cold noodles had great bite and were really springy. The broth for the noodles is deep but clear and has a clear taste of sesame oil as well which lifts it. The spare ribs easily fall off the bone and have been cooked so long that you can bit through the bone. Although it looks burnt the charred texture and the sweetness of the ribs is a good match, especially when you dunk it in the soup.
Well worth a visit.
