Roma Republic Craigie

Impromptu find, as I'm not from the area. Food was amazing 👏 Service was good and the place was full. A couple of seats outside for those with dogs. They do sell a dog treat for your special 4 legged companion and were happy to provide some water. Need more places like this.

An excellent find in the local Craigie Shopping Centre off Eddystone St. Even the music is awesome! Yes, like the Beatles! Funky interior is a pleasant place to sit, write, catch up. Even has a mini community library...borrow, trade.. Almond milk flat white ...excellent! Great Barrista. Outdoor seating is available, too, so walk your dog and grab an outdoor table! Also, I'm aware you can ring and order ahead for that school run or quick pick up coffee! Just check out how many Roma Republics are at the next assembly!

We came here for the first time today and had breakfast. Love it. It was quite busy for dine in and takeaway but we still received our order fairly quickly. I had the Benny with bacon with an Almond Chai and my husband had the Brekkie burger with an Almond Cappuccino. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and hot drinks. I love the atmosphere and decor. We will be back

Great surprise in the suburbs! We were originally meant to grab something in the city with some colleagues but it was busy so we thought we’d we’d just stop on the way out and grab something easy. We ended up here and decided the menu actually looked pretty good, and we decided we’d go for a hot breakfast. In our group was a chef and 2 bakers so keeping us happy is often a very hard job, but we were all super impressed. In fact I would say I was more impressed with the beautiful chili scrambled eggs I had than the very expensive dinner we had the previous evening at a highly regarded restaurant in the CBD. The juice I had was also spot on! Well done team, I’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a great experience eating here every time. The coffee is good, the staff are very friendly and the music is on point. It is one of our favourite places to have our weekend coffee. Good work!

Such a great example of how a local suburban cafe should be......... Attentive staff, calling customers by name and just busy enough on a rainy day to not be too busy and customers walk away. Really enjoyed the vibrancy and still able to chat comfortably with my colleague. Decided to have lunch and my Steak Sandwich and Chips were delicious, as my colleague said his was too. Been to the sister cafe in Kinross a few times now, and can equally say I enjoy them both.

Relaxing cafe with decent about of seating. Atmosphere is always positive and staff are friendly. Coffee is good, as well as their shakes. Overall a good place for a casual hangout or even to work remotely.
