Fantastic stay at Roma Five Suites! The location is unbeatable—right near Piazza Venezia and the Roman Forum, making everything walkable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully kept, and spotless (immaculate comfort!). The breakfast was truly exceptional, a huge highlight with fresh, high-quality selections. Most importantly, the owner's hospitality was superb and genuine. He made us feel so welcome and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for a tranquil and romantic city break!

Outstanding cleanliness and hospitality!! |Roma five suites is spacious and modern. The location is great and very walkable to a lot of the main sites like the colosseum and pantheon. We loved our time there and the staff was very helpful in finding us excursions and food recommendations. |The breakfast was amazing as well.

We stayed several nights and it was abfab. Not just the location, the good rooms, delicious breakfast but also the superfriendly and helpful staff. They are the real stars that make a good accommodation into a 5 star review!

Peter…he gave us the Italian experience you hope for! The hotel used to be his family home and now he has made it your ‘home’! (Also, his colleague, who’s name I didn’t get, was very kind and generous) Rooms are immaculate and remodeled. 2 styles of pillows and comfortable beds. Strong shower with rain head and hand held. Eat breakfast here! You will be glad you did! Fresh orange juice, fruits, bread, meats, cheese- we had aged 10yr Parmesan that was so special! Espresso machine, teas, water/sparkling water. You can take the 83 steps up or the small ‘lift’. Location was perfect for buses, taxis-which they will call for you. Yes it’s a bit noisy but you are in the middle of town. 10-15 minute walk to coloseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Stairs and many bustling piazzas. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Rome! If you want luxury plus intimacy, centrality plus calm, and breakfast that feels made for you, this is a very special choice. Yes, it costs a little more than some anonymous place on the outskirts but almost everyone agrees it’s worth every penny.

I would like to highly recommend this hotel. Everything was excellent, and I regret that I did not take a picture of the breakfast, as it looked so appealing that I forgot! The service was wonderful, and each time we returned to our room, it was impeccably clean. Furthermore, I felt that our belongings were very safe, and we had no concerns in that regard. The location is also quite pleasant, being conveniently situated near the popular tourist attractions.

The place was just perfect. The stuff were grate and welcoming, and the owner is doing above and beyond to make us feel welcome, putting a lot of thought in the food, the rooms and the common area. The location is great in the center near everything but still not a lot of noise. Perfect!
