Fantastic stay at Roma Five Suites! The location is unbeatable—right near Piazza Venezia and the Roman Forum, making everything walkable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully kept, and spotless (immaculate comfort!). The breakfast was truly exceptional, a huge highlight with fresh, high-quality selections. Most importantly, the owner's hospitality was superb and genuine. He made us feel so welcome and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for a tranquil and romantic city break!

Peter…he gave us the Italian experience you hope for! The hotel used to be his family home and now he has made it your ‘home’! (Also, his colleague, who’s name I didn’t get, was very kind and generous) Rooms are immaculate and remodeled. 2 styles of pillows and comfortable beds. Strong shower with rain head and hand held. Eat breakfast here! You will be glad you did! Fresh orange juice, fruits, bread, meats, cheese- we had aged 10yr Parmesan that was so special! Espresso machine, teas, water/sparkling water. You can take the 83 steps up or the small ‘lift’. Location was perfect for buses, taxis-which they will call for you. Yes it’s a bit noisy but you are in the middle of town. 10-15 minute walk to coloseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Stairs and many bustling piazzas. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Rome! I would like to highly recommend this hotel. Everything was excellent, and I regret that I did not take a picture of the breakfast, as it looked so appealing that I forgot! The service was wonderful, and each time we returned to our room, it was impeccably clean. Furthermore, I felt that our belongings were very safe, and we had no concerns in that regard. The location is also quite pleasant, being conveniently situated near the popular tourist attractions.

The place was just perfect. The stuff were grate and welcoming, and the owner is doing above and beyond to make us feel welcome, putting a lot of thought in the food, the rooms and the common area. The location is great in the center near everything but still not a lot of noise. Perfect!

My wife and I just completed a very relaxing and enjoyable 4 night stay at the Roma Five Suites in Rome. Roma Five Suites is located across the street from the Vittorio Emmanuelle ii Monument, which is in close proximity to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, and Palantine Hill. It is an approximate 10 minute walk to these attractions. The Trastevere neighborhood is also in close proximity, as well as are most of the tourist attractions in Central Rome. It is in a very convenient location. As well, we had no trouble obtaining a taxi or an Uber ride for further journeys in town, waiting just across the street from the hotel in a small fountain area. Our room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The bed is a king size mattress and is extremely comfortable. We had 4 very restful nights. Rome is a busy and bustling city, but with the sound proofing in the rooms you would never guess you were in downtown Rome. The room was very quiet. The owner, Pietro, is an extremely energetic and accommodating host. The morning breakfast is exceptional. Fresh fruit, a variety of fresh cheese from the nearby market as well as a spread of aged Parmigiano cheese was provided. Every breakfast also had a variety of sliced meats that were delicious. We also had fresh baked foccacia (baked by the owner that morning) fresh croissants (pistachio cream!) and your choice of espresso, cappuccino, or Americano coffee. An assortment of tea is available along with fresh orange juice, and still and sparkling water. If we were to return to Rome we would stay at the Roma Five Suites.

A quiet gem in Rome’s beating heart. Roma Five Suites feels like a dream wrapped in marble and light elegant rooms, gentle smiles, and the city’s ancient whispers just beyond the door. A haven where history pauses, and peace finds a voice.

Wonderful stay in the grandiose setting of Roma. Exquisite breakfast and charming host, Pietro. We are now staying in Ponza, the island in Pietro’s heart, facing Palmarola!

A top quality hotel with spacious, immaculate rooms and facilities. The owners make you feel at home - a special mention to Pietro who has a real zest and passion for creating a unique breakfast dining experience - something we won’t forget.
