What a gem!!! After 35 years in hospitality thought I’d seen it all. Everything was polished, ALL the staff were courteous, attentive and eager to help. Room was clean and very comfortable. Complimentary drink and discount meal voucher was a total bonus. All the in house branding was so slick and easy to navigate. Anyone who stays at this oasis will not be disappointed. Thank you so much R-crew you rock❤️‍🔥

Good value for the price point and staff very accommodating. Hard to sleep when there’s music blaring in a locked room through the night however. The ‘Stacker’ game also haunted a few dreams. Apart from that good place

Rooms are nice and bed is comfy. Bathroom is modern and showers are big. Best thing is pub. Staff are very kind. Spilled my beer and they gave me another one for free. Their mushroom sauce and steak is yummyy. Highly Recommend if you are in Wagga Wagga

I think this place has seen better days. It smells of decaying carpet and while it would have been quite a glamorous place to be 50 years ago I think there are definitely better options for accommodation and food in Wagga. |Staff prioritise the pub counter, so it took me almost 15 minutes standing at the counter to check in. |I ordered a medium rare steak at the bar. The vegetables were great, but the steak was thin dry and completely overcooked. A bit of salt during the cooking process might have saved it from being an otherwise flavourless experience.

Great location. Rooms are clean and spacious and the biggest shower ever! Restaurant downstairs does daily specials on meals. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Competitive prices. Just one note, you may need a pair of headphones to mute out the music at night.

I came to Romano hotel to stay. I was met two charming staff on the Saturday 14 June. They were very professional, if I had a problem they would fix it. They have been trained very well. I had dinner at the hotel and the fish batter was cooked perfectly. I enjoy it and the size was outstanding. You are a very good surprise packet. I will come again.

Needed a room for the night after our original accommodation was wrong. Will definitely just go straight to Romano’s in future it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the bed super comfy. The staff were exceptional. Thanks for a great stay

Travelling through, to the Spirit of Tasmania all the way from Rockhampton, stopped over had a meal, watched the State of Origin game three, both the food and the result were awesome. Food, was great, great service and Guinness on tap. What more could you ask for!
