Romano's Macaroni Grill

Our server was a little slow after we got food. We weren’t checked on again. What frustrated me was I could see talking to a girl in plain clothes not paying attention. I ended up asking someone else for help. Appetizers were great!!! Chicken parm a must have. But the pasta needs some seasoning.

Food was average. Tasted a lot like Olive Garden. The bread served at the table was so bland. The inside of the restaurant however looked very nice. Probably wouldn’t come back.

On-time delivery for a large group. The food was great and Lance and his team were very easy to work with. All the meals were labeled with each person's name and the food was very good. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for group orders.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which makes a world of a difference to me. I was sat at my table and greeted again by my waitress. Lauren was very kind, great smile and outstanding customer service. The food choices that she recommended definitely shows she knows her stuff. The food came to the table hot and delicious, my drink was extremely tasty. The atmosphere is still very family oriented which I love. It’s over 5 years since I dine at a Macaroni Grill, only because it’s the place that my sister, nephew and I would eat together. I couldn’t bring myself to eat here after she passed from cancer. Today I couldn’t resist and I wrote this review tears came rolling down my face. Thank you Lauren and Macaroni Grill for the amazing customer service & great memories. My only concern would be that I wasn’t offer the soup or salad that should have come with the entrée.

Food was great. So five stars for that. Atmosphere was great too so 5 stars. Service was not great because there was an unwelcoming person at the front desk who didn't smile, asked us to wait. We waited for 20 minutes she didn't call us and was taking in other customers who came in after us and were 6 in numbers just as us. When I went to ask her she said 'you have to wait for our manager to get you seated'. Not sure why this special treatment was given to us. The start of a Friday evening was definitely not great. Other than that we got a great server called Ricardo. He was just amazing. Helped us out to choose the right food item. Was wonderful with kids as well. The food was great too. Kids loved their menu as well.

It's been a few years since I've eaten here. The food was fresh and a large portion. The service was good in spite of short staffed - everyone helped out with service, for a nice team effort. The restaurant was not completely full, it may have helped to turn the lights down. It's not the same as old days but overall a good experience.

Terrible service…. The waiter seemed to be running a marathon, very inattentive. The food was average. The atmosphere was beautiful. However, the service needs to improve significantly.
