Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See

This was our second stay in this hotel and again we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is pretty big and I believe always pretty booked, but have to admit that you do not feel this. The room was very nice and modern decorated. ||Breakfast in the hotel is just wonderful, staff is very friendly and really wants to make your stay nice. The hotel is located at a very big lake, lots of outdoor activities can be done. ||We will come back.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service at a good price. The spa and pools are extensive and offer true relaxation. Restaurant four courses priced decent with their own homemade wine, which tastes fresh and easy. Decent size apartments and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing, warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, spa was amazing. The location is great - private and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the downtown of the town. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of local specialties! Service was top notch! Would love to come back for a longer time.

We have had a family vacation here since 2015. It is nice to see the same faces and also new ones every year. The loyalty of the employees is a good sign for Jagdhaus Eiden as an employer. This hotel is perfect for a vacation with small children, the water in the indoor pool is 29C, the outdoor pool and whirlpool is also nice for children. Restaurant uses high-tech robots to help distribute the dishes during dinner, this is entertaining for children. Since 2018-2019, there is also a small new playground near the winter garden, which is also a highlight for children. Breakfast table offers huge variability and is very delicious. Hopefully see you later again!

This is such a nice and cozy place. My room had a view to the lake, very quiet. It was spacious and offered all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast is buffet style and excellent. I had dinner in the restaurant, which again was top. The staff is very helpful and they will just do anything to make you feel at home.

I only spent a brief,one night stay at this,hotel. The setting is magnificent and the property beautifully maintained. My bedroom was large and had a wonderful view f the lake. The welcoming at the reception was excellent. We had a lovely dinner and the waiters were very professional and warm||I did not take advantage of the spa for which the hotel is known.

The perfect spot: located by the lakeside this hotel combines comfortable atmosphere with modern facilities and entertainment. Hospitality has a long tradition in this hotel and that is tangible throughout the stay. It even boasts a private beach well-maintained bathrooms, showers, a sheltered resting area and a BBQ area. Even my dog was welcomed with her own little bowl, bed and treats! We enjoyed tranquil lake views and spacious, tastefully furnished rooms. The breakfast rooms are a spectacular arrangement of differently themed rooms and areas. Breakfast itself is very varied and mindful of regional produce and culinary context. I also hugely enjoyed the 24-h access gym and the lovely pool area. Highly recommend!

Romantik Hotels set a high standard for their hoteliers, and the Jagdhaus Eiden am See did not disappoint! My husband and I were looking for a quick overnight getaway. Located in the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn near Oldenburg, we found the pampered relaxation we were seeking! In fact, since our stay was so short, we were unable to take advantage of the many offerings, which means we will definitely take advantage of one of their well-priced package deals in the near future.||||We stayed in one of the older but nicely appointed suites in the hotel proper, with a corner view of the Zwischenahner See (lake). The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The concierge gave us a tour of the property, as we had missed the 10am tour with the owner. The rooms in the new building are very tasteful and one of the larger suites includes its own spa, complete with sauna! ||||The spa area is an oasis of relaxation. Though small by some standards, it is perfectly suited to the hotel, quiet, and an excellent place to recharge. Next time I will be booking one of their many services!||||We ate at the restaurant "Apicus" 3 times (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and were very happy with the quality and presentation of their offerings. The service was top-notch, as one would expect of a Michelin-star restaurant and the wine menu very well-rounded. In the warmer months of the year, the kitchen uses fresh produce from their on-site garden.||||My one feedback would be to make sure that experienced staff accompany trainees. At the bar, a new, young trainee did not know what kind of gin they had in stock, which I'm sure is not a common question, but they seemed very nervous and embarrassed.||||Next time, we will also make time to go to the casino, which was full. ||||Overall, we found the Jagdhaus Eiden to be delightful, relaxing, classy and very enjoyable, and we look forward to exploring Bad Zwischenahn by bicycle as well!
