The personnel was very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful inside decor, especially if you appreciate fine details and old-timey art. The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the Mosel and hills, and a decent buffet. The room was very beautifully decorated and the bathroom was luxurious. The spa has a nice steam sauna and 85 degree sauna with views on the hills, and the pool is nice and clean. The hotel food from the restaurant was also delicious. The hotel bar is a great feature as it is decorated in a beautiful art-nouveau style, and the bartender Ana made us some delicious cocktails. Overall, good experience during our stay.

We made a last minute booking an Erik gave us a good deal on a very nice room. Because of this great experience we will definitely be back and will be recommending the hotel to friends. The wellness facilities are excellent. Well done.

This beautiful hotel on the Mosel bank has multiple buildings where the rooms are lokated. We were happy to find a spacious, clean room with a nice bed and a good view of the surrounding mountains. |The restaurant is beautiful, the food delicious both morning and night, and the staff extremely service minded.

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had booked a Junior Suite which was located in an adjacent building (connected to the main building via an overpass). Very spacious room with balcony overlooking the river with a fabulous view. Fantastic bathroom, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Very good dinner and breakfast with lots of choices. There is parking outside, but very limited. There are a lot a stairs in the building, also in our room to get to the actual room. There is a lift, but I believe it only goes to the rooms in the main building.

The hotel has rooms in different sections and may not in the same building. The rooms are big and some of them facing the river which is very romantic. The hotel faces a small road which you can park your car and walk by the river looking at beautiful scenery and is very quiet. There is no carpark but we managed to find a space in front of the hotel.||The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. We had dinner in the small restaurant which is very cosy and romantic. At breakfast we stayed in bigger restaurant facing the beautiful river. The breakfast is of high quality and varied. ||The spa is small but very nice and we enjoyed it very much. The staff are friendly and speak English and the room is very clean. The location is also very safe.

We ate here after our wedding with a group of 9 people. There was so much attention to detail, the food was great and wine even better. Staff were very professional. It was a little quiet but we didn’t mind because we had a big group (it was also a Thursday night).

This hotel, built in 1903 is in beautiful art nouveau style, both inside and outside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service good and the breakfast is exceptional. The hotel is located centrally, and is also directly on the river so I presume some rooms have river views ( though you probably have to pay more).||||The bar and restaurant are also wonderful. They offer a 3- course set price dinner with a choice of main course. You can also select paired wines. The service was at dinner was impeccable - could not have been better. The food was exquisite - the kind of dishes where you linger over the food so you can enjoy it longer.

The hotel bar is amazing! It’s decorated in a Parisian Art Nouveau, very cozy! The bartender, Danny, was super friendly and made the best drinks! The espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had and the hunter’s mule (like a Moscow mule but with jagermeister instead of vodka) was a treat with fresh cucumber and mint. I will definitely be back to this bar again.
