I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at Rombo Green View Hotel was so disappointing and frustrating that I feel compelled to share my experience — not to complain, but to highlight how poorly I was treated as a guest.||I had a friend stop by briefly to sign an important document, and I politely asked the receptionist if we could sit somewhere quiet for just 10 minutes. It was a small, reasonable request — nothing complicated or disruptive.||The receptionist directed me to use the lounge room, but when I got there, I found it was completely dark — there was no electricity at all, and no one made an effort to switch on the power. I later learned the electricity had gone off, and the hotel did not turn on the generator, not just for the lounge, but even in the guest rooms, which were also dark and uncomfortably hot.||Because the lounge was unusable, I went back and politely requested to use the restaurant instead. I made it clear that we would order a meal, and I just needed a quiet place to sit with my guest for a short time while signing the document.||Still, they refused — both the receptionist and the manager, who was called to intervene. Despite trying to support their business by ordering food, they remained unhelpful, cold, and completely inflexible. I was left feeling unwelcome and humiliated for simply asking for a basic courtesy.||As if that wasn’t enough, the condition of the room was unacceptable:||1. The tap for washing after using the toilet was releasing dirty, black water, which looked very unhygienic and unsafe.||2. There was no hook or hanger for towels, making it hard to manage even basic hygiene.||Overall, my experience at Rombo Green View Hotel left me feeling disrespected, disappointed, and honestly sad. The staff, including the manager, showed a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer care. They made no effort to understand, assist, or even make me feel like a valued guest.||I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper customer service training for their staff. Until then, I would not recommend Rombo Green View Hotel to anyone.
