The Glam Hotel is in a great location with nice neighborhood restaurants literally around the block and walking distance to the main tourist attractions (the Coliseum is literally a 15-minute walk). The service at the bar is a bit suspect. We ordered bottled waters and forgot to add an additional one and the waiter looked perturbed and when he came back he basically just dropped the waters on the table and walked away. We also had to use a bit of effort to get orders taken, and we are very patient travelers and have respect for wait staff. Our room was very spacious and we requested a room with a couch that served as a need for our daughter. When we arrived out didn't have sheets or a pillow but when we requested it that was brought up fairly quickly. Also our bathroom light had a motion sensor that turned the light on and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, normally not an issue but after international travel it's a bit jarring to have that go on in the middle of the night. We were also traveling with friends who in their room same issue but with the room lights coming on. Our friend asked to have it checked three times and they supposedly went as far as flipping the circuit breaker but if they did that then there would be no light in the whole room, so that solution seemed suspect. On their check out they didn't offer them any type of compensation or any comps during their stay. When you travel so far it's frustrating not to be able to get a good night's sleep so you can get over your jet lag. And on check and out check out in it's nice to smile but we didn't get that. Not a big deal but makes it a more pleasant check in. The rooftop bar is cool though and worth getting drinks up there and their breakfast, also seemed up at the rooftop, is really good!

Incredible place. Service was top notch and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Room was nice and clean and we highly recommend the jacuzzi experience if you want some personal time on a rooftop. Location is right in the heart of Rome, near all the important attractions and close to several authentic restaurants. We had a wonderful experience here thanks to Marat and his team!

The thing we love the most was their staff! Maria Theresa at the front desk was amazing. So very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our dinner, travel and just random questions. |Elena the head manager and her staff for breakfast were excellent. So very pleasant and considerate. We were celebrating a birthday and she and her staff brought over champagne and tiramisu with a candle and sung Happy Birthday! So very kind and thoughtful. The food and selection were great. The bar staff were fun and made very tasty drinks. Everywhere was easy to get to and the neighborhood restaurants were fabulous. |The reason for only 4 stars, the rooms were small for the price and being that it is on a main road it was very noisy at night and maybe could have been better insulated. Also while the staff were wonderful and the drinks were delicious the bar is overpriced. |Overall, we would definitely recommend the Glam.

This hotel was recommended to us and when we looked at the location it seemed to be perfect for the things we wanted to do in Rome. We had six of us traveling and chose 2 family rooms. When I asked for exact bedding situation in this room via email the hotel gave me two different answers. However, we figured we would make it work for the two nights we were staying.||Arrived early morning after our overnight flight and we were told they could hold our luggage but the rooms would not be ready until 2 PM. ||This is during the European heat wave. As we walked into the lobby of the hotel it was so nice and cool. However our third floor room never got cool and certainly not as cool and pleasant as the lobby was. We had three adults in each family room and the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable for those who slept on it. Our room faced a courtyard so it was quiet from street noise. | |There is a refrigerator with expensive mini bar items in it. ||The bathroom could’ve used a cup or a glass for teeth brushing purposes. We had a bathtub that was quite slippery on the bottom and had to remove the drain stopper because otherwise it did not drain. There are three dispensers on the bathroom wall: body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only one that had anything in it was body wash. When we inquired about shampoo we were told the hotel had no shampoo. How does a hotel have no shampoo !? They said they would bring us some shampoo and what they brought were the tiny bottles of “ intimate cleanser” like the ones on the bidet. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. ||There is an Armoire for storing clothes and there was also a safe in there.||Our rooms just did not get cool enough to be comfortable. When we called the lobby about it they said that we needed to keep thermostat on 19°C ( note it did not go lower than 18°C). However on a device in the room the temperature showed 25 Celsius. That is mid 70s in Fahrenheit and just too warm. We also noticed that when you entered the room that’s where it was the coolest but that’s where the air conditioning was blowing and it was also where the thermostat was and sensor must’ve been so of course that area registered as being cool while the rest of the room was way too warm. Our travel companions in the room on the fourth floor had called to have maintenance come to look at why their room was also so warm and they were told it was fine. I guess what it’s fine for some is not for others.||We did like the rooftop bar. And the breakfast included in the room rate that we paid for was good.||The hotel had adequate Wi-Fi, however, every time you left and came back you would need to reconnect manually.||Would’ve been helpful to have a laundry facility at the hotel to wash our clothes before getting on our cruise. ||In summary, this was a nice hotel and the location was excellent, but I would not stay there during warmer months.

We had the most delightful experience staying at this hotel in Rome! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness truly stood out—they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. What touched us the most was how sweet they were to our daughter. They even gave her a little teddy bear, which completely made her day (and ours too!). It’s the small, thoughtful gestures like this that make a stay unforgettable. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to all the major sightseeing spots, which made exploring Rome so easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

The Glam is the perfect hotel for a stay in Rome! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was great. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. Rooms and the hotel itself were great, modern and clean. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of items, perfect for preparing for a day exploring. The rooftop bar was also a great place to sit and relax in the sun. The location is also spot on, only about a 15 minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum and about 15 minutes to the Pantheon. I would recommend The Glam to anyone planning a trip to Rome and would happily return.

Lovely hotel. Particularly good breakfast - there is an outside terrace for breakfast if it is not too warm. Walkable to most of the main sites - the Colosseum is 10 minutes away. Relaxed neighbourhood restaurants just around the corner. Our room was quiet. Hotel is clean.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Rome. We recently stayed here with our 9 month old son. The hotel is in a great location, close to almost everything you'd want to visit in rome and close enough to the main train station. We could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was exactly what we needed, clean, a good size and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were the best aspect of our trip, super friendly. it's hard travelling with such a young child, especially when it comes to weaning. The staff took extra measures to ensure that the right food was available to him whenever we needed. The staff at breakfast were so accommodating and friendly to him and us. And the upstairs bar/resturaunt staff always went the extra mile for us, especially Mario who became our little lads best mate. We would easily recommend this place to others and will 100% be coming back again when we next visit rome.
