Romedihof Backpacker Hostel

I absolutely loved our stay here. We were only here for a single night but it was the perfect relaxing stop during our busy backpacking tour. The house is so cool and has some great history. I felt so cozy. The garden was great with a relaxing swing. We the walk to and from the train station wasn't terrible, but be ready for the steep hill if you're walking! Was also a close walk to a lovely restaurant down the road. The kitchen is full of food to share which was so nice. Was a bummer we never met our hosts as there isn't reception which was sort of strange but kind of cool. I would love to come back here!

Close to the railway station but not really to anything else. The house traditional for the area and has a lot of charm to it. The rooms are spacious and there are enough outlets to charge your phone near the beds. The bathrooms were very clean and enough were present. The addition of fresh bread with jam or butter in the morning with the addition of milk and cornfalkes or muesli makes me question the statement that the hostel has no dinner service 😁, as I think it certainly does. The big eating rooms allow for long and nice conversations and give the house a nice feel. If I'm in staying in the area, I would certainly consider sleeping here again. Maybe if I'm going hiking there.

Very hospitable hostel with a helpful and friendly owner. The building feels very authentic and athmosferic. Safe and dry storage for bikes is available. Perfect stop if you cycle the Via Claudia Augusta.

Great hostel that is situated in a very old building, which makes some things noisy. Breakfast is very simple and only has some bread, muesli, coffee and tea. There is also a nice outside space for a campfire and barbecue. Price is great, payed €25 a day including breakfast.

Staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. Great atmosphere. Kitchen equipment, wood-fired oven and breakfast essentials included round it up nicely.

Super friendly staff and the rooms are nice and tidy! Very flexible and more than enough facilities. Cosy and beautiful. Yesterday we came there very late and it was no problem. We got instructions through mail and found everything easily. We instantly booked another night!

A true backpackers hostel. It has everything someone would need in a hostel including spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of washrooms, hang out spots and laundry facilities. The owners are great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our two bed room was too small even for one bed. No chair, not even a small bed table. Just two beds and closet. Otherwise, house is old and pretty cool. Location is buissy and noisy. WiFi doesn't reach our room at 1st floor.
