The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy — the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the garden is truly charming. We were invited to the opening event of a salon, and the organization was very well done. The food was very good. Although the menu was limited due to the nature of the event, I really enjoyed the salad and the cooked veal dish. The dessert buffet was especially delicious — definitely a highlight of the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would be happy to visit again.

Romero is one of the few truly authentic Italian restaurants in Jordan. The food was excellent, from the pasta to the perfectly cooked steak, every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere added a touch of charm to the whole experience. A beautiful spot for a cozy dinner or a special night out.

So Romero is a gem in Amman. We’ve been eating at Romero for years and years. Lately we’ve decided that it’s one of our favorite spots in Amman for a casual lunch. The service is always above and beyond. We’ve almost had everything on the menu. We love their seafood salad, burrata, saltimbocca, seafood spaghetti, chicken Milanese with parmigiano and pomodoro, mushroom risotto. Their rib eye steak and filet mignon are fantastic. Wine selection is good. Desserts are delicious with our favourite being the pistachio tiramisu, followed by their chocolate soufflé. The gelatos are also delicious. The only dishes I didn’t like was the creamy ravioli, because it’s too creamy and the carpaccio (but maybe I need to give it another try).

A very fine Italian restaurant close to Jabal Amman - 3rd circle that serves a variety of soups, salads, starters, pastas, baked items, steaks (chicken, beef, and fish), drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and desserts. Their food items are very filling and very tasty. Food is nicely presented. You can ask for alterations not in the menu. Service is excellent and quick, and staff are great. They have indoor seating, and the restaurant permits smoking. They accept cash and card payment. Reservations can be helpful. They are highly priced.

A very charming and atmospheric place with a truly welcoming vibe. The service is excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s the kind of spot where you can really feel like you’re in Rome – the decor and overall ambiance capture that Italian spirit beautifully. The food is decent, though not particularly memorable – tasty but not outstanding. A major downside is the lack of a designated smoking area, which unfortunately affects the comfort of being inside. Still, it’s worth visiting – especially for the atmosphere and the wonderful service.

While the view at Romero Rest House is undoubtedly breathtaking, the rest of the experience falls short. The food is disappointing, with small portions and poor quality that doesn't justify the price. The service also requires attention, and the seating area is uncomfortable. Overall, it's a shame that the stunning view can't be enjoyed with better food and service.

The restaurant is offering very basic Italian food , I expected some improvement on the offering after more than 3 decades , some creativity and innovation in terms of dishes, nevertheless the quality of food is good, service is ok , I like this place but nice to add new dishes in the menu .

The place is nice. Had a reservation n was seated immediately. The place n food is good and i do recommend. However, my issue with service is a few things. 1. We waited a while before anyone took our order and I actually had to call someone n say please take my order. 2. The waiter made no recommendations or suggestions and didn’t seem welcoming. 3. I asked for daily special said there was non I ordered my food and wife’s and he didn’t ask if I would like appetizers or nothing, being that i didn’t see any appetizers im used in Italian restaurants (living all my life in America before coming here) I mentioned weird u don’t have any Calamari or anything he says oh we do but not in menu so i ordered that. We got dinner i had risotto which flavors were absolutely amazing the 3 starts is because the rice was underdone n that was upsetting. Ravioli was really good but stuffing was inconsistent. Did i like the food yes n will I visit again probably as I want to see if risotto was a one off and usually is perfect.
