Rompeolas Sidreria - Grill

We stumbled upon this restaurant in Ribadesella by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was lively and full of energy, and although it was crowded, we managed to find a spot. The food was excellent—big portions, delicious grilled vegetables, and perfectly cooked cod, so good that we came back the next day. They also serve local cider, typical for the region, with a fun pouring ritual. The cider I ordered wasn’t great, maybe oxidized, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, a place definitely worth recommending!

I was not impressed by this sidrería at all. It was recommended by some friends, but to me it was disappointing. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered some grilled veggies that were alright, and some octopus that was not fresh and overcooked. The service was slow and messy. The waiters were all over the place, and forgot to bring you items. I ordered the dessert menu, and they forgot. I ordered from a second waiter, along with a coffee, and he brought me dessert but not the coffee. I finally gave up. With all the restaurants in the area, try somewhere else.

Best ribs I've had in Spain by far. Ordered one portion or ribs and chips for the 2 of us. I'm a big eater and it was enough, 20€ and bargain, you won't be disappointed

We tried the traditional cider here. It was tasty and the way they serve it is fun to watch. Staff is really friendly and food proportions are huge. Not many vegan/vegetarian options on the menu but still one of the best places to find some delicious vegetarian food in Ribadesella. And the choice of music gets extra points. Surely recommend.

A cheesplate and the “pata de pulpo” are the best. A turmoil of tastes in ur mouth!! We weren’t expecting this good restaurant in this small street. A really eye opener for us. Restaurant expands to the back in a big “greenhouse”. Highly recommended!!👍🏿💯👍🏿💯

Great place! Lovely welcome. Warm staff and great service. The entrecôte was cooked to perfection and tender. Real chips, great vegetables on the grill. The cheese mousse for dessert was amazing, although big, so share it if you are full already. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended

Nice atmosphere. Food is really good and also available for takeaway. It was fairly priced and tasty. Grilled meat and fish was excellent, but i would have wished for additional vegan food options on the menu. In conclusion i would eat there again for sure and can only recommend it!
