Rondel Village

Recently spent 5 days and this was perfect for a family with older kids and younger kids. The rooms/villa were very big and we had plenty of room to spread out and have time away from each other when needed. We also had a full kitchen which was nice. It was a little dated and not overly fancy but this was in my opinion more comfortable when trying to relax with kids. The pool was a nice added touch especially for my youngest. The food was a bit pricey but we got groceries from the Hi-lo grocery store which was about a 10 min walk and enjoyed other local food. The onsite restaurant while pricey was very convenient. The front staff could have been more helpful when assisting with finding a taxi for excursions. We did not have hot water at one point but they were prompt to fix this for us. Would definitely stay again.

Truly an excellent experience celebrating my father's birthday with the entire family. The staff made it a seamless and comfortable process, going the extra mile to ensure everything was a memorable experience. Kudos to Saleem the Manager as well as our waitresses Natasha and Tanisha, awesome service. The chef did his thing and every bit of the food got better with each bite. 10/10 recommended for locals and visitors.

Had a great time there. Was on a 7 day trip for the first time to Jamaica. The hotel griunds are beautiful, lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. If your looking for a safe, picturesque accommodation right in the beach then I would highly really this hotel.

My third time at Rondel. I have stayed 2,5 months there now. The reception staff is so nice and polite. Cleaning lady Donna is amazing, she has worked at Rondel 30 years! Beautiful hotel ON the beach. So amazing. Will be back!

We love Rondel. They're truly warm,wonderful and accommodating hosts. The waitresses and staff are extraordinary. Duran, our beach attendant was excellent. He was always friendly and attentive. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Spent 10 days at RV March 2025 and had the best time! The rooms and grounds were clean and tidy. The staff throughout the resort was amazing. Duran had our beach|chairs ready and ensured that our days at the beach got off to a great start. Thank|you to all !!

I was there beginning of May. My family and I had a wonderful time. It wasn't a lot people at the beach and our personal lifeguard, Duran, was grrrreat! Duran the hook up man!! Anything you wanted to know about, he knew it. We have adopted him in the states. 😆 Customer service was great from the beginning keeping me informed through emails answering all of questions. Transportation from the airport to the Villa was quite accommodating. The rooms and amenities cleaned everyday. The Garden Villa was across the street from the 7 mile beach. No problem and the young man would hold the stop sign to stop all traffic to help us cross. Kudos to you!! Ackee, Callaloo, and saltfish everyday..Great breakfast!! Several food options on the beach or near by. Just ask Duran the hook up man!! Everything was 5 except the walk across the street at 4. I would loved to have had a beachfront view. Maybe next time! Beautiful beachside resort. We stayed on the beach side and enjoyed the 30 steps to the ocean from the restaurant terrace and bar. Great beach staff Duran was always happy and helpful. The service and kitchen Chef created yummy and beautiful dishes. We eat breakfast and dinner most days at Rondel. We learnt to split the meals as portions are good. Lobster Alfredo, Jerk chicken and Spaghetti Meat pasta all amazing. Negril is full of activities, beach has many locals who are fun and creative. Fresh juice with Ricky, Patty Man stops by for lunch, great local music played close by in the daytime. On Friday and Saturday nights there is Reggae close by, it's loud and authentic Jamaican.... ya mon, respect the vibe. |The resort is safe and clean with in room fridge, AC and Safe. It's cozy place for those who enjoy authentic Jamaica, stop by the HiLo supermarket and stock up. |We really enjoyed my 1st time at Rondel.
