BAD ENERGY.....STAY AWAY...PATRONIZE SOMEONE ELSE ! Awful first experience & my last!!! Some hole in the wall places turn out to be great....this AINT ONE OF THEM...its a waste of space, time and land area for business. Looks like they capitalize off of ppl misfortune n money!!!! Entered shop.... no greetings...salutations...nothing...the employees seemed racist with a touch of bigotry on their face as i asked if they had candles...wth Im glad i didnt spend my money @ this place. Some ppl do not need to be in the healing/helping business when they are both foul...negative and ratchet ENERGY...their energy lingers...stay away!!@ Go to Millers or find a bizness online with better customer service...products and people. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Used to love this place years ago in downtown Atl. I went to Cobb location today and it was closed despite saying open on Google and on the door at the location. Never coming again. Called and number goes to voicemail. Get another candle shop. This one isnt it.

Regarding ordering online, the system is a little archaic but effective. My order came faster than an Amazon order made the same day and was beautifully packaged. Their printed catalogue and physical store offer more variety, check those out if there is something you need specifically. I will be a return customer when looking for gifts for my friends.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Since I’ve moved to Georgia, I’ve been looking for a shop like this with EVERYTHING I need and with great prices. I just wish they stayed open a little longer on Saturday’s..... Overall, very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back regularly.

The owners have always been sweet and caring when I didnt come in for a few months he was genuinely caring about my well being. This store has everything that you could possibly need in your journey. Thank you for always being there! I hope yall open again on Saturdays so I can come in more from Athens

I like what they have going on there in a few ways, but there isn't enough info about some of the products. Many of their products didn't have ingredients listed and therefore you can't really tell if it's a conjuring powder made with genuine herbs, roots and botanical fragrances or if it's just fluorescent colored talcum powder. I noticed one of the floor washes (maybe the Reversible one) did have an ingredient label, and it was all chemicals with no herbs or roots or even natural fragrance listed. That being said, they do have a wide range of products available but if you want a complete catalog to nicely summarize their offerings, you have to pay $3 for it. The man helping me was nice, but he did tell me that I needed to have a baby because that is essentially my duty as a woman. I would have preferred not to have a stranger tell me what I should do with my body or life. It's just not a topic I care to discuss with someone I don't know at all. It's not your business why I'm not married and don't have kids. When I walked over to check out the books, I instantly got snapped at by another man working there and was told NOT to open the book because if I stand there and read it why would I buy it. Then I asked if I could check out the table of contents and he said NO. I was a little taken aback because he was just downright ornery and proceeded to tell me that if the spine gets broken then no one will buy the book. I won't buy a book that I can not open and peruse. Therefore, I had to make a note to check them out later, online, where I can get a little bit more information on what I'm buying. Turns out that what he was selling for $15 can be bought for $4 online, some with free shipping. I'd rather support a local business, but if I can't see or explore what I'm purchasing, then I'll take my business elsewhere. Con - I wish they were more transparent about the ingredients they use and the processes, etc. The two employees were definitely lacking in social graces. Pro -There are tons of products to check out...but it's not easy to tell if they're legit.
