Probably the best birkesbun I’ve ever had. Super delicious crust with a lot of crunch, and then you have the moist and wonderful interior of the bun itself. I was very impressed. The butter is not homemade but that’s fine, would’ve taken the BMO to the next level I feel like however. The cheese was super nice, never had that cheese before, I thought it was Vesterhavsost but I guess not? Also had the cinnamon bun which was amazing. I really loved this place. I feel like the baking handwork and quality was the focus here. No fancy or over the top combinations and interpretations of the classics, just masterful technique and quality ingredients. I think I will be back here many times going forward, I really like the laid back approach with an emphasis on quality. Super nice place. I will try their entire menu😅

Pastries are good but nothing to die for, nice texture but the flavour is too fade. The attention wasn't really charming, some help would have been nice considering everything was written in Danish. Filtered coffee, I don't need to say more about it. It's ok but there's room for improvement.

Pastries are really thoughtfully made, different, and tasty. The savoury pastries are a must try. The onion-Parmesan pastry is strongly recommended.

We came on Sunday around 11 and a lot of the pastry was already sold out. Very small place with only a couple of tables outside. No bathroom for guests. The pastry was super good but no selection of coffee - only filtered coffee. Bread looked super good but 120kr for a loaf seems a bit too expensive. Overall nice place but not exceptional, we will try the bread if we are in the area.

The cardamom roll was so soft and perfectly sweet, a high recommend.

Fantastic bakery! We visited twice during our three-day trip to Copenhagen. Would recommend trying their cardamom bun! We even stopped off at Rondo before our flight to bring a loaf of bread home, and it was a great decision!

The focaccia sandwiches are absolutely amazing! They are quite large and could be shared if you aren’t starving, and are filled with yummy meats and vegetables (depending on which one you order). The line outside moves relatively quickly. The sweet pastries are awesome as well but the sandwich is my favorite.
