The staff and breakfast significantly enhanced our overall stay at your hotel, providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience. We especially appreciated the care given to us and our dog, including the personal touch of a letter addressed to him upon our arrival. However, the room itself was pretty rundown, and the thin walls made it quite noisy, as we could hear our neighbors' conversations. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit.

Wonderfully helpful hotel for a group of 7 cyclists. They allowed us to store the bikes inside overnight. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The food at dinner and at breakfast was outstanding. |The surroundings of the hotel were attractive.

A hidden gem !||I was so surprised over this hidden gem just one hour north of Gothenburg! ||Swedish countryside! ||The hotel is nice and picturesque! But with an amazing restaurant! There are a lot of love in the details and you will soon fall in love with the place !

A hotel with a long history, in a fabulous building. Dinner was superb, and the rooms clean, basic but good. There is a good relaxing area with sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi. |Breakfast was excellent - buffet style but good range. |Reception staff were really good - I arrived early afternoon as it was raining and I was cycling - they very kindly plonked me in the sauna to warm up as I was drenched and cold whilst my room was being made ready.

A unique manor house in quiet surroundings. Friendly atmosphere and very well-kept property. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was above expectations and even though the breakfast room is not that large, it worked out fine. Would be happy to return when visiting the area again !

This is a hotel distributed over a couple of buildings located in a nice park with very old oak trees. We happened to get a room in the main house. ||Size of the room was sufficient although not luxurious. The mattresses were rather soft; this is maybe a matter of taste but we are used to much harder ones, so sleep could have been better. The room was very clean and the bathroom modern with a good shower. ||The breakfast was very very good with plenty of choices and very tasty. The breakfast room was a bit small such that not every guest could get a table easily. Some items weren't available all the time, e.g. the delicious smoothies were out occasionally, being refilled only after a little longer waiting time. But all in all, the breakfast deserves a clear recommendation.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful old manor house surrounded by a lush green garden park. I can easily understand why Nicole Kidman enjoyed living here while playing in Lars von Tier's film "Dogville". Also the restaurant is superb. Great food, nice and friendly staff.
