ProNail installed a new roof for my mom in November 2921 and just installed a new board on board fence today! They did a fabulous job on the roof in 2021 and a fabulous job on the fence today! I had a great experience with ProNail from start to finish. Ryan Hammonds and Alex were knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and incredibly patient in walking me through the claims process and the eventual repair and replacement of my roof and other elements. They are worth six stars but it appears that the most I can give them is five. Highly, highly recommend ProNail, and, while I hope to never have to call on their services again, I know if I do I’ll be well take care of.

RoofHero is Amazing, I first shopped around for a Class 4 shingles, no other company could beat the price that RoofHero gave for a company that is Master GAF Elite certified and part of the president’s club. Next, we come to the project manager, Ryan Hammonds, he didn’t try to steer me to a cheaper lower class shingles (for ease of installation and to increase the profit margin), he did though point toward necessary fixes that no other company bothered to point out and gave me pictures as proof for the existing damage to the chimney stack (even if you replace the roof, if the chimney stack flashing is damaged, if there are signs of wood cracks and rot, these are vulnerabilities in the roof and must be addressed ). After signing with RoofHero, I got a professional contract, and a set day for the work to start after a week, the team came on the set day at the set time and started working, it took them maybe 8 hours to finish everything, cleaned and removed the debris and left. If I have any issue with roofs in the future, I would call RoofHero, I would call Ryan Hammonds. I am a forever customer for RoofHero.

Absolutely wonderful jobs on fences, fence repair, building our composite deck and paving our side patio! Catherine and Adam were easy to work with, very communicative, and worked within our budget to make our visions happen! Amazing, hardworking crews with a high standard of excellence. These guys were amazing from start to finish. Professional and prompt. My guy, Ryan, had incredible communication and made sure I was fully aware of my options. He was highly consultative in his approach. The focus was our satisfaction and maximizing our return. He met the adjuster with me and helped ensure that every opportunity was identified upfront. He also helped me capture a large discount on my HOI I was not receiving that translated into significant savings by recommending an upgraded shingle. I highly recommend. Would use again, hope I don’t have to but this is Texas, wait fifteen minutes and the weather might change.

Roof Hero did an excellent job installing a new roof on our home. Their project foreman, Max, did a great job talking with us about the details. Really loved the drone photos at the different steps of the project. Very pleased with quality of the work and the cleanup.
